I have an oversea package sitting their since August 2022 and they still haven't release it. All what they do is give different phone numbers and never come to a conclusion. AVOID using the USPS International for your foreign mails.

At first they held my package for about 5 days so I was really skeptical.. but they finally sent it out to the next Facility. I’m so thankful because I thought I would end up like the rest the the customers in the comments lol. If you experiencing this just try to wait it sometimes the us customs take a while.

MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN THERE FOR OVER 5 MONTHS NOW! I HAVE A BUSINESS AND I DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE AS TO WHERE MY PACKAGE WENT. I SHIPPED IT IN NORTH CAROLINA AND WENT HERE. HAS NOT ANSWERED MY CALLS, MY CUSTOMERS ARE MAD BECAUSE THEY SPENT OVER $50 ON IT. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND EVERYONE FIRED. THIS PLACE SUCKS

Packages stuck in Miami ISC limbo for over a week ... no one at the facility will answer the phone. No email. This is government monopoly at the worst! I HATE it when an overseas shipper partners with USPS. Fed Ex or UPS would never do this to us... We all need to flood the inspector general's office with complaints, just google USPS Inspector General file a complaint.

On June 8 My package to Canada went here from Arkansas for some reason (wrong direction!) and I've not had an update since Miami. I paid 50$ for priority shipping. Very disappointed because my International Package has not been delivered and went the wrong direction, what a waste of money and time.
