I love love love the owners Frank and his lovely wife/ he also has theme best team.
I get a bi weekly delivery and he ALWAYS has it to the side waiting for me. Feels like a family when we are in there.

Today I’m really disappointed at the attitude and customer service of the people at this store. The guy with beard has a nasty attitude and pretty much was upset cause I had to return a few things for Amazon and I didn’t know some of them required packing. I won’t come back here, however the people from the store at Flagler and 84 av has an amazing customer service.

I had a terrific experience using this UPS Store. I needed a plant shipped to Brevard County from Miami. The store handled the delivery of the plant, packaging and shipping at a fair and reasonable price. The plant arrived in perfect condition with zero damage. I highly recommend this store.

Can I also leave zero stars?? I mean, I can see that the employees at the UPS store are pretty much rude, nasty and extremely unprofessional to most of their customers. The time I went there, I thought it was against me. Guess not. My experience there was with a young girl that also acted like she was a twelve year old, she was giving me such a hard time with a QR code shipping label, that I asked for my package back and shipped it out at another UPS store. This store has to be THE worst UPS store I have even been to. The entire store and all of its employees just have this really negative energy about them and it. Go anywhere else!

Can I give negative stars?I scheduled and received a confirmation for an appointment to have my very simple will notarized. When I arrived. Frank was extremely rude, saying that he didn’t like to do wills in general and that he didn’t have anybody available until 11 anyway. When I questioned why I received a confirmation notice, he said that wasn’t his fault and tried to rationalize with, “Well, what if I died today —you wouldn’t have been able to get your will notarized?” That’s the most ridiculous, juvenile argument I’ve ever heard. Frank was combative, dismissive, and all around unprofessional, raising his voice in an effort to silence me. He was defensive from his opening comments and clearly does not like his job. I am very disturbed that this location advertised notary service, and that I went to the trouble to schedule the appointment online only to be “greeted” be by some irritated, unhappy man who is not only unprepared to render the services, but is clearly unwilling to do so due to “liability” issues.Ridiculous. I felt as if I were arguing with a toddler who had done something wrong, but was trying to avoid responsibility.I’m going to the UPS by the U of M and will NEVER come here again. Why would I patronize a business with such an obnoxious reception? .Oh, I wanted to add that Frank said that if I leave a negative review, I will “make him look bad”, a childish comment. He should be held responsible for his behavior.

The crew here is always helpful when I return packages. I have quite a lot of returns, due to work, and the staff is always patient and friendly.

5 Stars for MARK ! Very nice , professionally and helpful ! And added a Great smile too !1 star for the other man who greeted me with nothing but rudeness and was horrible ! If I didn’t have to get the package out right away I would of for sure left !Thanks Mark for being a kind and professional soul ! Keep it up and don’t ever be like the grumpy old man you work with ! Hope he’s not the owner -

Horrible service. Over the phone I was told by the young employee to come after noon to get a will notarized. I had to do it here because this is where our lawyer has her box and she recommended we do it here. After driving a long way I was told that an employee didn’t come to work so they couldn’t notarize the will. He said, I told you to come after 2pm. I said no, you said noon. They just wasted my precious time.

This is the Miami UPS Store with the pros! I went to another UPS Store before coming to this one today. The other one had a long wait and the workers suggested I try another store to handle a national account. I’m so glad I found this one! There was no wait. The employees were efficient and kind, even to my infant daughter. They handled my needs with ease. I’ll be back the next time I need to ship a package!

The only ups store I recommend in Miami. Frank, the owner, has an excellent team which have been very helpful on numerous occasions. If you have urgent business this is the only location I would use. I've used many stores and I will tell you that I will drive the extra distance to go to this one.
