Love this UPS Store. They are always SLAMMED but do a great job getting to every customer despite the chaos. Owner is always in there helping and you can tell they care about their business.

Worst experience ever on a ups store. I came here for the second time for packing a framed paint and the nice young man at the register charged me 17 dollars wich is reasonable for the size, then I requested to add bubblewrap for protection adding up to a toral of $20. The manager made wait for the person in charge of packing to come back and I did. But when the guy arrived it was the manager who packed the frame and came asking for $20 more arguing he added bubble wrap (for wich I paid in advance). I said if thet have told me that price when I asked for the service I just have gone somewhere else then he turned super rude and asked me to leave the store or he will call the police. I asked him for his name to make a formal complaint and his answer was "Joe mama". No surprise this ups store has a 1.9 star rating and that's a lot more the manager deserves.

I had a box here for years, had to close it but came back a year later. Service has been great. I think it's the best UPS store in the area.

The place it’s nice but the sale Associate working there, very unprofessional and weird. He has no sense of humanity. If you have to come there for a fingerprint don’t come go somewhere else not at UPS Bird Rd one.

Snatching someone's phone without asking for it is, in itself, a severe lack of tact and respect. However, what's even more disrespectful is attempting to prevent the person from answering an incoming phone call without knowing its importance. This behavior is nothing short of rude. It's certainly not an exemplary attitude for a customer service representative to display. Good customer service should prioritize understanding and empathy, and my experience here fell far short of that standard.

Today I was in the store to return an Amazon package and a boy named Steven treated me with terrible, rude, disrespectful attitude and behavior. He was unwilling to resolve my issue and in bad action he ended up tearing the paper to avoid doing the procedure and removing me from the store, and with derogatory terms he told me: “Get out of here, foreigner!”I am an American citizen but when I spoke to him in Spanish he told me that in a derogatory way. Never seen before in this city! Not even one star deserves the customer service at this place.

On 8/28 I called this store to ask and see if they had a large enough size box for the item i needed packaged and immediately I was met with rude remarks. The manager on duty was extremely aggresive about my questions and impatient. If you don't want to help people with a simple question (Hi, do you have a large enough box for a dissasembled stationary bike) then quit your job.

Place looks like a dump. Fire whoever manages this office. The entrance is dirty. They are always out of shipping labels and no pens to write.
