They have 3 Kendall Edgars working at this place dressed like they’re on their couch at home. Basketball shorts, socks and slides, dragging their feet and half their underwear out. Someone get these guys some uniforms lmao, who owns this place?

Horrible disgusting and disorganized store, first they damage my package then they close 10 minutes before the posted time. My recommendation to corporate would be to shut the store down. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

The old, balding grey hair man is a terrible general manager. He’s greedy, rude, and disrespectful to his customers. Plus the place smells. Wouldn’t recommend going to this place, all of the 5 star reviewers are just people he knows and told to say something nice.

“Today, I felt like someone from the third world entering a place begging for alms. And the worst part is that it came from the manager, who is supposed to have more experience in customer service. I simply came to deliver two boxes. One of them wasn’t sealed properly, so I asked an employee for some tape. The manager rudely told me, ‘Next time you need tape, it’s for sale here.’ Normally, I don’t leave bad reviews, but this made me feel bad.”

This store is worst and the only store I have been where the manager and employees gets upset when they see me arrive because I drop a lot of packages every day. This people just don’t want to work. I dropped between 20 and 30 box every day with prepaid labels, they just need to scan the packages and print a receipt even though they don’t want to see me arrive. The manager has bad attitude all the time. The manager asked me to arrive before 6:30 because they close at 7:00pm. I don’t really know how the owner of this store still have this manager working there.

1:30 pm in the afternoon and the location is closed on a normal Monday and there is not even a note explaining or any information available letting us know the reason why they are not offering their services and their door is closed. Very disappointing!

Very clean, efficient, and helpful store even with how busy they were. I was very satisfied with going there for a task. I would stop by again if I need shipping help and am in the area. Highly recommend!

Great experience. It is the best customer service I have experienced at any UPS Store. They also offer printing which was very affordable for my business.

I love this place. The staff is well trained, kind and are knowledgeable. Package returns are easy, the line moves fast. I'm never there more than 10 minutes.
They recently re configured their counters for better service and more space.
All you would expect from a family owned and operated outfit.

It was my first time ever sending a package and the older guy with grey hair was dull and monotone
and fast paced. Horrible customer service. The first thing he said to me was “For next time stand behind the sign that says line starts here.” Like ok…I’m sorry I didn’t see it. When I apologize I began to explain how It’s my first time sending a package and I’m not sure how it works and he cut me off mid sentence and said “Let me scan the QR code.” Not surprised when I saw the horrible rating.
