I was doing a FREE return for Amazon package, but they still had to charge me $2 for taping the top of the box together. I have been to many UPS stores all over South Florida, and this is a 1st. Apparently, according to the guys working there is a policy made by the owner. And when I acted surprised about the charge one of the workers there just said “you don’t have two dollars?”, which I found to be an inappropriate question regardless if I have it or don’t.

No UPS express boxes provided like all other UPS stores provide. This is a free service. They don’t provide them so they can force you to buy a box. $2 for 3 inches of tape….

Many bad reviews but honestly I think this location is great. The employees are super friendly and nice. I return so many Amazon products and never had an issue. Very pleased with this location being the closest one I can go to.

Your right is to charge 2$ for 20 inch of tape, 2,50 for a black and white print and treat your customers rudely

What a bad service they provide here, especially the guy with the long-haired dreadlocks wowwwwwwww he was super rude and said there was a charge for EVERYTHING (2 dollars to put tape on my package) a size S bag I needed to put a little bit ? I mean they are providing a service. what poor human quality

I don't care what others say about this UPS Store.Everyone there is nice. They take care of customers and they make u feel welcome. Also the atmosphere is very pleasant. The second time I visited this store, it was a very stressful day for me. I went there to notarize and fax some papers. The service was quick and they acknowledged everyone's presence by the time we entered the store. I came out of the store relieve

Terrible management. Store company need to fire Denise as a manager.. I can to drop a box. Amazon send the box the way it is. He sad he need to be in the second plastic bag. Or he will charge 8 dollars for each box. I sad no I have bag in my car. I packed the second bag. He still did not want to get my package because he want to tape it and charge for it. Even if the bag do not need to be taped. I sad no there is no holes is the bag. And he just changed his mind and not taken my package. This store need to be addressed from management
I ask for company management complaints, he did not want to provide it.
This company need to be shutdown to charge just for taping boxes and charging a box from 10-25 dollars for a box.
They want to change more than the cost of the item you send for a simple box
. Amazon need to find better options than this company

After reading the other reviews, it seems like many people feel the same way about this UPS store. Regardless of UPS policies, and the way of doing things I have been to many different UPS stores and this is one of the few where the manager of the store is extremely arrogant and rude even to my two younger kids. Not that an owner should behave in this Manner but he walks around like he’s the owner with a horrible attitude, not helpful at all and as I walk out he shoves a store flyer in my face after I complained to him. If you don’t know how to deal with people properly in the service industry, find a desk job.

This store should be closed and reported for being thieves and abusive; They are the worst representation of UPS and provide deplorable service.I bring a box exactly the same way I received from amazon (the box has his own closure) and they want to charge me to put tape when the box doesn’t need to be taped.When I was leaving a UPS truck arrived and I let the driver know my situation and he just scan my box and take it as simple as that as was supposed to be but this store the only thing they want to do, is to abuse and rob their customers with charges that Amazon does not require in their returns.Also The people who work there are people without any education or manners.Avoid this store
