My wife had bought a framed painting the day before in Little Havana and we needed to wrap it for safe transport in the overhead bin on our flight home. I explained to Stan what we were looking to do and he was great in cutting custom-sized protective cardboard and wrapping the painting. We also bought some bubble wrap and packing tape at the store for added protection. The painting made it through two flights without incident! Thanks to Stan and his team.

I don’t usually leave reviews for UPS stores but Jeff went above and beyond helping me track a very important package that I missed the delivery for. Super nice of him to track down the driver for me and call me back to communicate to me that he asked the driver to re route and circle back for me. Thank you so much Jeff!
