Jimmy and Kevin are both amazing and excellent! My husband and I have been consistently impressed by their efficiency and courtesy at this UPS store. From the moment we walk in, they greet us with a smile and promptly address our needs. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly sets them apart. We are very happy customers! They deserve more than a 10!

Excellent company! With USPS there are usually issues, they don't do this, they don't do that, and they don't do that. When I go to this store, they solve my shipping problems. I call them the “shipping problem solvers.” A great team, always friendly and hablan espanol!

Jimmy and Enrique are a dynamic duo. Always willing to help and are funny as heck. Love their energy and their hard working attitude. Jimmy is a great leader and helps his team every time I visit this store. I love how he always treats people like he’s known them for years. Genuinely never thought I’d find myself writing a review for a UPS store but the service and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Always come here for all my returns/shipping needs. As a previous UPS Store manager myself, I understand their job goes under appreciated sometimes, so I just wanted to take the time to congratulate the manager and everyone who works at this store. It is not an easy job and it can be pretty thankless when its only one person running the show. However, everytime I visit, the synergy is amazing, they are always joking around and in a friendly, service-oriented, and overall great atmosphere. Other UPS Stores unfortunarely cannot say the same. Wish I knew their names, nonetheless keep it up!
