The team here is very attentive, personable, and convivial. I frequent this location for my Amazon returns. They're always fast and gracious. They should all have a raise and some extra days off! I will make a better attempt to learn the staff's names.

Left the job, and they won't release my 401k or terminate my employment on their record but gladly dismissed me nor will they answer my emails about the issue. What a shame after working there for 3 years. So much for caring of employees and "we are a family rhetoric". No wonder so many people quit.

The customer service is terribly bad, these guys serve extremely poorly, and my package has been missing, they do not respond for it, when I sent it from this store and it appears as if they had not received it and I with the shipping invoice in my hand . Apart from speaking badly and it's not their fault, whose fault is it? Here I have more people next to me claiming their package!!
