I have been at this location several times to drop off packages for shipment. On my last visit, however, things turned sour, not with the UPS employees, but with the company that issued the QR code for return which wasn't working and when it finally was, it was only registering 1 of the 3 returns... The store manager was extremely calm, collected and professional (as well as the 2 other gentleman employees)
despite the fact I was very upset and not in my best mood being there almost an hour. That shows the kind of professionals that work at this location 👍🏽👍🏽

the service is okay inside, but why has the usps mailbox been changed? now only envelopes can be put in and not packages like it used to be like before. how disappointing

They will charge you extra to print their own label. This is the only UPS store that does that. Avodinf this one moving forward.
