My experience with all of the employees has been very positive. They are knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Wait times are usually because they are helping other customers that may not understand how certain processes work.

I can see I am not the only one who’s had a horrible experience at this UPS store. The young woman who works there I believe her name is Adriana, is full of attitude!! Her nasty attitude isn’t necessary at all, possibly this isn’t the right place for her to work. No one is friendly or professional at all. Adriana should work on her English, and her overall demeanor. Go elsewhere for your shipping needs.

Luigi's attention to detail is superb, I've been visiting this store for a long time and he's always been very attentive and helpful. The store is always clean and clear, although it's a small space, there's never clutter anywhere. Very organized and fast processing, you'll rarely see any waiting line. Highly recommend.

Adriana has the absolute worse attitude. Her eye roll her body language if she had gum she would have smacked it in my face. Did not lift one finger to assist me with my issue. A young man that was on shift with her was very nice and another girl (did not get her name) finally assisted with exasperation. What a way to run a business. Never again. There are plenty of ups stores with much better customer service. She should not be working with the public

Tried to have a document notarized but the employee did not understand what was going on. It was a simple form that had one option chosen and I had to sign, along with my wife. They didn’t check my ID and I asked nicely “but why didn’t you have me sign and notarize?” He was confused and began shouting at me. I said “I’m sorry I can’t pay for this” and walked out. Companies in Kendall are a joke. Found a great UPS store in the crossings and the notary was pro.

The attention is terrible. Serving a young black-haired woman who has a bad attitude, either assumes that customers know everything or has no desire to help.
