Excellent customer service. I dropped off my package almost at closing and the lady who took care of me had a great attitude. They noticed documents, you can print etc. Highly recommended. Clean space and plenty of parking.

This is one of the best UPS locations I have ever been to. Despite having a location much closer to me I always make sure to take my business here. I even bring my dog. I'd rather make the trip and drive extra miles for their service. Every employee is incredibly polite and attentive. They greet you and treat you properly and not like you are an inconvenience like other locations.Props to the manager (and staff) as he must know how to run a customer friendly business. Great service!

I have severe trust issues with companies, however this UPS Store in the Crossings is the top.
