  I've shipped a ton of tricky stuff, including heavy amps, weirdly shaped guitars, and sensitive nitro-finished guitars that get messed up just by looking at them funny.
  
  Every time, the team at this store packages everything amazingly. My stuff basically shows up to its destination in better condition than when I sent it.
  
  The best part, they're always super friendly, even when I'm being a helicopter customer by making silly requests to overprotect my gear.
  
  I won't be going anywhere else to ship stuff out!

  I have been coming to this store for many years - today I went in to do a review and the cashier was chit-chatting with a customer about painting and a dog - while there were people in line - when I finally got my turn it happened to be with this ride cashier whom I said that it’s not nice to have conversations while people are in line - she said she has conversations with all customers - so I told her that it should not be while there is a line - she said if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. I have been in customer service for 36 years - this attitude of this employee was just horrific! I told the owner whom is usually very nice and he said absolutely nothing - I’m quite dismayed at this UPS store and their new treatment of customers- I know they’re busy so they don’t need my business but wow. What a horrible employee to say anything like that to anyone. Terrible - I had to do a star but today they did not deserve anything! Awful. Just awful.

  Very rude and not accommodating at all. Owner was even downright rude. I’ve spend a lot of money in this store in the past, and it’s very unfortunate that he doesn’t even appreciate his customers. I only asked if they could use a small piece of tape to seal the tape I had down, further, on a box. And it was a “oh we can’t do that.” Of course I was stunned. Wanted to charge me. When I asked the owner he laughed. I said that’s fine, cancel it, and I guess I won’t come back here again, and he proceeded to tell me “thanks for the warning.” I guess he doesn’t realize customers are what makes his business run. It ran down to another UPS store and they did it with no issues.

  Lazy people working at this loca,would not take the time to help, referred to the website! Learn from the PO at 104 and 112th. The Supervisor is fantastic and very helpful!

  Horribly mismanaged. Do NOT request your package be dropped off there. They’ll turn it away because they have boxes piling up.
