The young guy with the long hair definitely does not want to be there and makes it very clear. Maybe customer service just isn’t his thing. A broken kiosk would have been more helpful.

Tried this store twice...first time was a really bad experience.....today was my second time, they got worse.....UPS Needs to pay attention for the staff in this store!!!! Believe it's not worth going to this store!!!!
