I WENT THERE FOR A DIGITAL FINGERPRINTS AND THE TWO LADIES IN THERE DON'T EVEN HAVE AN IDEA WHAT IS THE CODE TO PROCESS IT. I WENT THERE TODAY AND BOTH AGREED THAT NO CODE IN MY PAPER OR DOCUMENTS REQUESTING THE FINGER PRINTS DIGITAL, AND WAS THERE. THEY MAKE US AS A CLIENT TO LOOSE OUR VALUABLE TIME. DON'T GO THERE, PEOPLE OR EMPLOYEES LIKE THE TWO LADIES DON'T WORK WELL AND NO FRIENDLY TOO.

My two packages are delayed when I payed for 2nd day air delivery. At the store they didn't mentioned that they cannot guarantee the delivery at the right time and they say now there is no refund. So I'm not satisfied with the service.
