I’ve been waiting in line for 48 minutes only to return a router. This place is understaffed, unorganized, or slow. Hate it. Will never come back. Horrible experience

This store in Miami has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's a shame, considering its excellent location. Unfortunately, the two women who work there either lack training or are overwhelmed with their workload. Their slow service and unprofessionalism are unacceptable. The manager should consider hiring more staff. Doing so might help improve the customer service from these employees and, in turn, reduce the frequent dissatisfaction of customers. This issue has been a recurring theme.

The line is very long. The ladies working dont seem to care because they are working very slow. They need a self service amazon return at this location. Would help move things along faster. Will not come back to this location.

One of the worst UPS I’ve ever been to customer service is by far the worst I’ve seen in any store. The ladies don’t care don’t want to work. They sit there and refill supplies and walk around as they watch the lines form. Nothing works with them. Their notary isn’t ever available and their key copy machine is always working. This store needs to have everyone fired and hire new young staff that actually wants to work. Very unproductive office.

I read the bad reviews about this location, but maybe I'm lucky because I was cordially greeted by two female employees. They were ready to answer questions and to recommend prices according to the service I requested.
My transaction ran smoothly and I'll return again. And again maybe I'm lucky or maybe these employees are not the ones that other people ran into it. But I have to be fair with Yissell and Alixis and give them a good review of what they earn with their effort.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this is just unbelievable. I dropped off an Amazon return on the 8th of April, I have the receipt. Fast forward a month and Amazon is telling me they don’t have the package. Checked the tracking number and it shows me that UPS does not have the package. I go to the store to complain about it and apparently the employees don’t know how their website works and tell me it has taken some packages almost 3 months for Amazon to receive. They tell me to just show Amazon the drop off receipt and they won’t charge me, does this mean an employee kept the package and they are just trying to shift the blame around? I bet UPS would not let me owe anything to them but the employees are quick to shift the blame onto someone else… Unbelievable. They immediately gave me the number of the owner without me asking and without even inquiring to see if the package was still in the store by mistake. Never using this store again, bunch of thiefs

Saturday closing time is 4:00 pm and the door was closed at 3:45 pm. After me, few more customers came. Bad customer service.
Closing time should be the time the door of your store closes, not before.

Just to let customers know that this store, being a franchise, charges you for packaging a product that you already paid for. The return label says just deliver it to a UPS location and they will take care of packaging and shipping it, as I said before. But I repeat, they want to charge you extra because of the owner's policy. To me, that's theft.
