Bad service. The internet service is terrible! There very rude. And the owners have favoritism. I strongly advise against buying this UPS. It’s unreliable and poorly made. And I don’t recommend for anyone to come back to this store.

This place is always busy especially for package returns. Parking is usually full so be prepared to wait to find a spot. Once inside everything usually takes only a few minutes. The internet signal is sometimes an issue so it’s best to have screenshots of your return codes for easy access.

Hello, I visited the store today, very bad service, specifically VALERIA, poorly educated, without any professionalism, shows little desire to work, what a pity so many people need a job: if you want proof you can look on camera at 3:34 pm on the 21st /6/2024 how he gathered the boys in the warehouse to tell him that they will not help anyone, because a young man had guided me how to send a label. Thank you and I hope they manage to improve the service

They were supposed to open at 8:30, the girl got here at 9:00 open the door and she didn’t even apologize to all the people that were outside waiting in line. They just don’t care a bit. Horrible to see what customer service has became.

Very bad post office because in this place the costumer has to do a long time to be attended. I have to wait 1h to pick up something. Very bad service, very slow and things are lost from the P.O. Box or when you pick up packages they are also open sometimes

You should really consider training your staff on how to speak to customers. The young girl there which explains it all as this generation hates to work, won't even acknowledge you and will talk to you like a piece of trash. Simply asked to borrow a dolly and she replies " go get it yourself". This is not the first time I've encountered this Disrespect and lack of professionalism in this particular UPS store. Will he reporting this to corporate.

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR NOTARY/APOSTILLE SERVICES AT ALL. They made it seem like the process would be quick and easy, but it was the complete opposite. ONE WEEK OF MY TIME WAS WASTED. I initially brought my documents here and was assured that they would be shipped that night and would arrive at the destination the next day. 2 days passed by and nothing. I called back the next business day and was told that there were issues with the money order I asked for (issues that were not communicated to me whatsoever until I called the store myself). I was told on that day that the documents would be sent out that same night and still, nothing. I was starting to get extremely upset so I called back the next day, and was told that the documents would “100% be shipped out today”…… they weren’t. I got fed up and showed up to the store the next day and was told that there were still problems with the money order (that again, were not communicated to me) but it would finally be shipped out. This was after ONE WEEK of my documents not even leaving the store. This was a time sensitive process that I trusted UPS would get done fast, as they claim. I was let down time and time again. Because of the store’s incompetence, I am now 1. losing more of my HARD EARNED MONEY due to having to pay more to ship these documents faster to their final international destination after getting the apostille and 2. running very behind on time on everything that will be done with these documents afterwards because this UPS store wasted ONE WEEK of my time, which I will now have to explain to the huge amount of people and organizations/businesses that depended on me getting these documents fast. I paid a lot of money for this process (which again, I trusted this store to do everything right since I am a minimum wage worker who cannot afford to waste money on businesses and people who will not follow through on their promises). A very untrustworthy, unreliable, and inconsiderate store. Do not recommend.
