I purchased shoes from UNKNWN and the wrong size was sent. The shoes were returned and it's been three weeks and I haven't received a refund nor Store credit!! Several emails were sent and no one has responded. UNKWN, where is my money?!!!

Do you ever wonder what it was like to buy something on the internet in the early days of e-commerce? Do you want to once again experience the rush of submitting your credit card information without knowing if you'll receive anything in return? Then by all means shop at Unknwn. Plus one star for their general aesthetic sense (the shoes I attempted to purchase look great). Minus three stars for failing to execute basic commercial tasks such as delivering the goods promised, responding to customer service emails in a helpful and timely way, and picking up the phone during business hours.

I made a purchase and after almost 20 days they had not shipped my order nor assigned a tracking number. I tried to contact the store by email or phone and they never responded, I guess someone has reviewed my request because 48 hours after contacting them they finally sent me a tracking number and my purchase is on its way. I think if they would improve customer service by at least responding that they will follow up on the case it would do the store one of the best as I have read both good and bad reviews, but the bad ones always focus on online shopping and customer service.

Horrible store! Do not buy from here. I ordered a pair of shoes from here and they sent me the wrong size. After sending the shoes back they would not answer my email and they NEVER answer their phone. I still haven’t received a replacement or a refund. Complete scam!

Dope store, they had nice F1 Miami Grand Prix merch also. They do a vintage market on the green basketball court everyday too.

Unique sneaker store that is worth stopping by when visiting Miami's Wynwood area. The Unknwn brand of stores is co-owned by the King himself - Lebron James, but this location in particular offers a real special shopping experience for basketball fans. The sneaker selection sits on a garage door that opens up to a colorful full-size basketball court. From what I have seen in other pictures, the court seems to change colors from time to time.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes over a month ago and received two of three pairs. I've contacted customer service 4 times by email and had no response. My order and shipping confirmation say waiting for carrier pickup.I tried calling the number on the website and there is a recording that says to email customer service.Looks like I'm not going to get a refund or the shoe I ordered and will just be out $80.I can't comment on the in-store experience, but I would not order online because if you have an issue there is no customer service available from this seller.Looking at other reviews, I'm not the only one that has had bad experiences with online orders.

Came in for something simple and after walking past several associates no one ever acknowledged us. All the staff members were either to busy looking at themselves in the mirror or on their phone. When someone finally decided to help us they just went to the back without really mentioning what was going on. Overall don't come here doesn't matter what shoe dropped the attitudes and the unprofessionalism are not worth it.
