This place was the absolute best phone place in the area. We got the best prices for a fast and durable fix. The staff and owner are really nice and are very helpful. Not much more to write but good restaurants near and easy parking. Hopefully will not be back soon.

This is not the store to get your cell phone repaired I walked in trying to get my phone fixed he looked at my phone for one second and told me it cannot be fixed and that I needed to purchase a brand new phone. I wisely left and went to another cell phone repair store where I was told the Damage to my phone was minor and had it repaired. I do not recommend this shop for any repairs they are just interested in selling International phone cards and over priced new phones.

Exceptional customer service and only waited about 15 min for the repair to be completed! He also tightened an extra loose screw that was preventing my phone from charging in addition to the screen repair. The repairs are also at a reasonable price in comparison to other companies, I would definitely recommend this business for all device repairs!

This store's seller is very honest.I asked him how much it is to unlock my phone and he told me that it is very expensive to do so, and I'd better go online to buy some unlocked SIM card to unlock my phone.Later,I realized that the seller doesn't care much about earning money,they truly just want to help you.So this is a very wonderful store I would recommend to everyone.

Universal Payment & Communication is the best! I had been having issues connecting to my network for 2 weeks, calling customer service multiple times and no one was able to fix my issue. She was able to fix my phone within minutes and for less money than I expected.

BAD SERVICE - STAY AWAY - I took my phone to get the screen fixed and they damage the speaker int the process. The service guy told me he doesn't know anything about that.

Charles helped us create a new Universal Payment & Communication account and transfer over lines from Verizon and Sprint. Our situation was a little complicated but he was very helpful and patient. I asked a lot of questions and he did a great job getting the info I needed.

My Apple Watch screen cracked, making it unusable. I dropped it off at Universal Payment & Communication and it was repaired super quick, and at a better price than other repair shops in the area. Highly recommend!
