I called and someone said you open at 7 a.m. When 7 a.m. came around all the shutters were closed! I sent my contractor in to buy paint and we were given two different estimates(square footage, price) I didn't know this particular location was in business to rob customers. I'd rather go to Sherman Williams right up the street. I suggest you people get on the right page before business flies out the door!!!

I asked the guy to shake the paint. I was getting matched and when I opened it. There was still plenty of settlement so I couldn't match it with the new paint. I don't think it even shook it.

Every time I go to this location I get frustrated because I feel as if they Waste my time not only they asked me for my phone number and I always give it to them trusting that they would be put in the codes for the paint in my profile, but they don't. They never find it. Also I feel as if they have no desire to help or no idea about customer service. From now on I will be going to other paint stores thank God they're not the only one

Received conflicting information. A family member had purchased the wrong colors (several gallons). We called the store the day before to see if they would work with us in changing the colors that we have as close to the ones that we want instead of returning the paint (not allowed if they had to mix it, which is understandable). We explained the colors purchased vs the colors we wanted and the fact that the paint cans were not opened yet. They said they would try to get it as close as possible. When we got there, they said it is impossible (without even asking what colors we have vs what we wanted). Apparently, there is not enough room in the can to mix. Pour it out? Mix in a different container? Charge us extra? Waste of gas and time. If we got a no to begin with, we would not have bothered going back there. Poor customer service. We took our business elsewhere (13803 SW 142nd Ave, highly recommend this location).
