“I had an excellent experience here and cannot recommend them enough.

I brought my car in after noticing some noise while driving down to Miami following the installation of new tires. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They actually took the time to drive my car, inspect it, assess the issue, and they did not charge me for their time, which I greatly appreciated.

They explained that I would need new brake pads and brake discs. I was fully expecting the cost to be very high, especially in Miami, but the total came out to about $720, which I found very reasonable.

What truly set them apart was their professionalism and care. They told me my car would be ready by the next day, and they delivered exactly as promised. On top of that, they even washed my car, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus.

The entire team was outstanding. The general manager, Davis, is incredibly caring and professional. I also met George, one of the mechanics, who was just as kind and friendly. Even the woman at the front desk was extremely sweet and courteous. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure.

Since then, they have been performing routine maintenance and repairs on my son's and daughter's car. This month I brought in my new Ford Maverick for it's first oil change. I love that I can make an appointment online and it actually means something, unlike other places where you make an appointment but they still take hours to do a simple oil change. They contact via email to alert you to any needed maintenance they discover and you can decide in the link as to what you do or don't want done. Then they text you when it's ready. Very professional and very clean and organized shop. Looking forward to many years of good service here.”

They pull out their computer, scan your ECU & show you, not just tell you, exactly what Your car's tellin' You is wrong with it. That way, if you're very knowledgeable and have your own sources or even if you're just a cynic, your doubts are dissuaded. There's no commitment. You can take a picture of the diagnostic should you elect to go elsewhere. Even with my basic understandin' of general mechanics, I was able to learn new components & mechanisms that work behind the scenes to make your transmission function properly. They give you a rough estimate of what the diagnostic repairs would cost. They then give you a follow up call if you decide to leave it, in case once it's jacked up, there's any new surprises. They call you once its complete and after a test drive. They get in with you when you go to pick it up and let you test drive it as well. They are very fair with their prices as normally most people who'd shy away from a price the mechanic would just shrug it off. In this case, they are patient & will not charge you double labor for workin two separate parts that require the same dismantlin' process. I.e. i had to have my transmission rebuilt & I also needed my brakes, axles & motor mounts replaced. I was initially hesitant due to the accumulated costs. However, Aaron explained that if I were to wait, another mechanic would just charge me the labor again. But if I addressed the issue there, I'd only hafta pay labor costs for one time of takin' down the engine. Most shops will charge you twice & you wouldn't know till you're face to face with the bill. The service was completed in just 3 days. Now that all may seem like great service or just surface level customer service. But what made me come on here to leave a review for these guys, is the fact that since those repairs, I've had concerns due to the excessive rain & any time I called them not only did they entertain my paranoia, but they also encouraged me to bring it back for them to check out free of charge. Most of the time, when you leave a 0 balance, that's it. The business exchange has been completed and you're all set. But these guys go the extra mile, to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. & that deserves recognition.”

“As the sun was setting on my 7 month work time in Miami, I started having problems with my 2013 BMW 650i convertible. The engine and drivetrain malfunction warning lights turned on. I was very stressed with the issues I was having with my engine lights because I was going to make a 19 hour road trip to Houston, TX within days. I took my car to Autobahn Car Care where I met the owners Alfredo and Beatriz Padron. It was obvious in their actions that they put people first and treat everyone like family. This is the motto that Alfredo practices in his shop and reflected in the work he performed on my car. Alfredo reminded me that everything can be fixed when it comes to cars. I watched along side him in the shop as he diagnosed the problems and repaired the issues one by one. Beatriz contacted my extended service warranty and got coverage for the fuel pump. As we waited for parts he had ordered for my car, he treated me and the people coming in and out of his shop with kindness offering food and drinks. He replaced my fuel pump, coils and spark plugs, fuel rail sensors, air filter, engine oil and filter at a reasonable cost compared to the BMW dealership. I made the 19 hour road trip to Houston without any problems on the road. Autobahn Car Care is a “Jewel” in the Kendall/Miami area.
