I love this place, I go there every time I come to Florida, they also have a beautiful cigar humidor! It's a wine lover's paradise with good prices. I buy a lot of Californian wines since it's located in the United States, but they also have a wide selection of foreign wines. Friendly staff always ready to help! It's Alibaba's cave for lovers of good alcohol!

My experience at Total Wine and Beer was abysmal, largely due to the atrocious customer service. Despite me going above and beyond to show my ID, the cashier insisted on pressuring my friend for theirs, even though my identification should have sufficed. The cashier’s Kristieana lack of professionalism was further compounded by Enrique, the so-called manager, who was dismissive and rude when we sought assistance. It was clear that neither had any regard for basic customer service or courtesy. I am so disgusted by this experience that I will make sure to tell all my friends, family, and colleagues to avoid this place and spend their money elsewhere.
