Horrible customer service.. they delivered half my order and when I attempted to request the remaining order I got the run around. Store wouldn’t answer the phone, then i was left on hold for 24 minutes… on and on.. to the point that I never received the remaining half of the order. Never again.. done w total wine

Went to this liquor store there seemed no one around to help with questions or general info went to check out after getting everything myself my bf left his id in the car had a valid picture wasnt buying anything to begin with... I had my id with me I was rudely asked by the "manager" Ryan in a very disrectpectful way to go look for id because picture was "Photoshopped" to point out there is no customer service at all at this store... I was treated like a non customer and a liar at checkout when I had my id with me and was the one buying everything.. Finally my bf got his id we were in a hurry to a bday party and had to wait for this inconviencing store..please think about stopping here because you might but something buy.. no service is provided to the customer..at all

Nice class, customera from long time ago, but what a rude service from Alba in the Kendall store. Instead of explain which discounts would apply nicely, she raised her voice and didn't even continue with our payment, somebody else had to take care of us. Customer service is important Total wine!

While Total Wine & More is a fantastic store for all your beverage needs, it's definitely not suitable to fly a drone for a few key reasons:
Not an Open Space: Total Wine & More stores are large warehouses filled with shelves and displays. There's simply not enough open space for safe drone flight. Even a small bump into a shelf could cause damage to the drone or the store's inventory.
Safety Hazard: A flying drone in an enclosed space with people working and shopping poses a significant safety risk. Collision with a customer or employee could result in injury.
Privacy Concerns: Using a drone to film inside a retail store is a major privacy violation for both employees and customers. It's highly unlikely that Total Wine & More would allow drone usage inside their stores.
Alternatives for Drone Training:
Open fields: Look for large, open fields away from populated areas.
Remote parks: Consider parks on the outskirts of town that may have less foot traffic.
Indoor Drone Arenas: Some cities have dedicated indoor facilities specifically designed for safe drone practice.
In Conclusion:
Avoid using a drone inside Total Wine & More. It's unsafe, disruptive, and likely a violation of store policy. There are plenty of great outdoor locations for practicing your drone flying skills!
