My sister and I have been shopping at Total Nutrition Brickell for years, and have turned several of our friends onto it too. Erica (the owner) is so very knowledgeable, helpful, and a joy to shop from. Kash is great too. I can't say enough about this store. Their products are very thoughtfully curated and the prices are fair. I take tons of supplements and haven't visited GNC in ages. I HIGHLY recommend Total Nutrition!

The quality of some protein in this store leaves much to be desired. When asked for a product replacement, the staff's response is inconsistent. One manager suggests coming back tomorrow when the owners will be present, but the next day it turns out the owners won't be there for another two weeks, and assistance will only be available from another manager who will be in a couple of days. Quality is medium, the service is terrible. I do not recommend it!

When it comes to knowledge and support, JD is outstanding. He knows his stuff inside out and is always ready to assist with any queries. You can count on him to provide clear and helpful explanations, which is really comforting. All the staff at the store have a genuine passion for assisting others in reaching their goals which is truly admirable.

unfortunately this store is not what it used to be. It never opens on time and often during the day it closes for a long time. I loved this store and always advertised it to all my friends. Here you lose a customer due to lack of professionalism.

I like this store, they have good variety of products and the staff is friendly. They could considering labeling the products so we can compare prices of similar items. Overall, the store is clean and in good location.
