The customer started to get aggressive and proceeded to start yelling at the employee when he couldn’t exchange the fume vape. She kept her composure and remained calmed throughout the whole time. Not sure if I just have face blindness and can't remember or if there is a large turnover of employees but it seems like a new person every time I go.I don't need or use most of the products as I'm autistic and picky but the tch-a flower selection is okay, sometimes they run low and I think they only stock one brand.Have been a little disappointed my last couple trips since they only had eighths in stock and not quarters, would not give me the quarter price if I bought the two eighths.Also they just deleted every membership point i had accumlated with zero warning or explanation.”
