I recently stopped by Tire Kingdom for an oil change, a new battery, and a tire replacement for my 2022 Jeep Wrangler, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Eddie was a lifesaver—he was attentive, polite, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process.
From the moment I walked in, he made sure I felt welcomed and informed about what needed to be done. The team worked efficiently, and I appreciated the clear communication about the services and pricing.

This is my second time coming for an oil change to this location and will likely keep it as my main place of service for my car. The staff is attentive, friendly, and informative. Service was quick and no fuss. The waiting space was clean and equipped with snacks for purchase and water. Overall a great experience and ideally located right off us1. I made an appointment for the morning and was out within 40 minutes. Granted, times will likely vary based on how busy it is that day but great experience.

I had a very friendly and professional experience. Oscar and Carlos were very accommodating by ordering my tire and then working my vehicle in to install. They also took care of my daughter a few days earlier with tires.

I took my car in because I had a nail in one of the tires and wanted it patched. I was told that I needed four new tires and new brakes. I let them replace the tires but passed on the brakes to take my car into the dealership to check. When I took my car in, I was told that my brakes were still at 90% and there is absolutely no reason to replace them. This place clearly tries to rip people off. It makes me think I didn’t actually need new tires either. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Nati and Roger were amazing. They were able to go through the process quickly and without stress. This is why i love coming to tire kingdom. My frontier gets much better service here and i always leave with a smile!!
