my favorite store in all miami. wonderful gem of a store that is curated to perfection. i love shopping from small business and natalie (the owner) always makes you feel like you are at home with a friend. great style and beautiful houseware - the wardrobe has it. i no longer need to browse online anymore, or purchase from fast fashion outlets and that feels great!

This is the best shopping experience you can have in Miami. Personal, thoughtful and very stylish, it's a real gem for us to have this beautiful place to pop into in Coconut Grove run by a fellow local. (If you ever need a housewarming gift - look no further!)

I bought a pearl necklace at this boutique. I was inspired by the story of the 10-year-old girl who made it. When I bought it, the owner said that if there was any problem with the necklace, the young girl would fix it. I left content with my new purchase. A week later the necklace broke. I passed by the shop during business hours but it was closed. I went to an architectural shop next door to inquire and they said that the shop was closed that day. I don't remember why. I then called many times and it always went to voicemail. I then emailed the shop. No reply. So I decided to mail the necklace and enclosed a cover letter explaining the above, asking if the young girl could repair it.Over a month passed and I never heard from the shop. I called and sent an email again, to no avail. When I finally was able to reach the owner, she said she never received the necklace and asked me for a receipt from the post office. I looked for the receipt and couldn't find it. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of it . Nevertheless, the owner said she would get back to me the following day with a resolution, as she found the receipt of my purchase. A couple of months passed and I never heard back from her.The return policy on the website says that one must obtain a return authorization in order to return the merchandise. It is impossible to obtain an authorization as no one answers the phone and it takes weeks, if not months to receive a reply via email.To summarize, I spent approximately $90 on a necklace that broke a week later and despite what I was told when I purchased the necklace (i.e. if you have a problem with it, return it and I will replace it), there has been no follow-through. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I was in Miami for a few weeks and was looking forward to going into wardrobe and more. I've had purchased a few pieces from them online. And was looking forward to going into the store and getting a few more. When I walked in I noticed that the owner was there. Along with a sales woman. The store only had one other customer besides me. I was completely ignored! I was not greeted or acknowledged at all no one asked if I needed help or if I was looking for something special. I was so disappointed. I took time out of my holiday, rented a car and drove to the other side of town just to go into the store. What a disappointment. Completely rude!!!

The best store in Miami! Lovely owner and you will always get honest opinion. Prices will not drop your jaw. New items often appear. I drop in every 3 months when I am in town to visit family

I started going to Nathalie 6 months ago . I am very busy and never have time to go to the store. She knows exactly my taste and call me when she has something that I will like... It never fail ! I always like what she pick for me. I love this store and Nathalie is a great buyer.

Warning: Customer Service should be better especially when you are a small business. Retention is key! Went to the Wardrobe on recommendation of a close friend and purchased a few items from the store. During the holidays, to be exact 3 days before December I purchased a dress as a gift. I had to return the gift but myself and my entire family succumbed to the flu. Finally, almost 3 weeks later my husband went to return the dress. I didn't necessarily want my money back but I would have been happy with a store credit. When my husband returned it, she said she would give a store credit. After, she left a message letting me know she wouldn't give me store credit because it was returned after the 7 days. She said the store was full and was too busy to realize she couldn't give me the credit. FYI, that was a blatant lie because my husband and kids said there was not one other person in the store. The owner Natalie then posted that holiday returns were being accepted until January 14. She said that wouldn't apply to me. In my opinion and as friends to many small business owners, you try and accommodate your customers in order to retain your customers and continue to grow through word of mouth. Even if you say, I have to charge a small restocking fee. It's all about making your customers happy without obviously sacrificing too much. Needless to say I won't be shopping there anymore and I definitely won't recommend this store. When you lack good customer service, you have very little chance of success.

The Wardrobe has a curated collection for the Miami woman who wants to be effortlessly chic on every social occasion. Their pieces that can be dressed up and down for a day of lounging or for a late night romantic dinner near the water. There are also some choice sporty options for the Pilates and Yoga mom on the run. The airy flow of the pieces are perfect for tropical climates and the cuts are very on trend. The Wardrobe's selection ranges from classic color palettes to selective hues of the season. The prices are very agreeable, and of course the owner is quite stylish herself.
