The staff is promptly to attend you and to solve very fast. The word you need to be done, they always attend me by phone make payment by four and when I get there all my work is done. I highly recommend these UPS.

Having made a purchase in a US auction I contacted UPS store #7434 in Miami and delt with Mauricio who has been more than helpful, he arranged collection of the goods packaging and dispatch and helpfully kept me in the loop throughout the service could not have been better, thank you.

I go to this UPS store all the time like a second office and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and the wait time is always short. No complaints.

My mother went to notarize a texas gift form for a car this morning, and they were extremely rude, and refused to sign the document. Allegedly because they needed the car to notarize it. Well, not only did we explain that they didn't need the car because it was perfectly explicit in the document that the only thing the notary is notarizing was that the person signing was indeed the person signing, (which by the way was the owner of the car) but my mother is elderly, and the notary was extremely rude to her, and when they got me in the phone she just gave me a statement and said she didn't have time for this she was busy. Didn't even allow me to explain. I have my doubts if the document was read at all, because when we took it, 15 min later to a different notary in a different ups, the guy told me it was pretty straightforward and notarized it immediately. The rudeness and unhelpfulness from that lady was inmense to an elderly woman and myself. Thank god we good figure it out somewhere else, and get the process completed this morning, even without their help. But this UPS store needs to get either this notary re trained in BEING a notary, AND how to treat customers.
Proof that she simply was being unhelpful was that the document was notarized 15 min later by a different notary, and the texas tax- assessor accepted it. BE BETTER.

Mauricio saved the day! As soon as I walked in he greeted me, made me feel comfortable, was patient with me while I sorted 10+ packages and even when some got confused he helped me sort out the mess. Every time that I have visited this location I’ve received the best customer service, so much so that I go out of my way to come to this location.Keep up the good work!

Notary services, apostille services, shipments to other countries you name it they can do it. Not only they do it impeccably they do it with a smile and always offering the most convenient way for the client. Claudia and Mauricio are the jewels of the crown. The store is neat, parking very accessible. Can’t get better than this! Feels like walking into a friend’s house! Kudos!
