I want to thank Luciana for her help. I came with a complicated package and she solved it efficiently and resolved all my doubts without complaining. It is not common to find such dedicated people in customer service, for that she deserves to be recognized.

I told them I needed to overnight a package. Luciana said “if you use ground it’ll arrive in the exact time and it’s less money” it’s been 3 days my package is now LOST. Needless to say I’m knee deep in regret and never coming here again. I was blatantly lied to and NOTHING was offered to make up for this as of now.
