They charge $2.50 for printing a label. And if you need two copies to keep one inside the shipping box, they charge double! It’s excessive!!

UPS has the worst delivery service, now that I come to see the reviews I realize it, 4 days ago I paid for an express service which would arrive yesterday, I SPENT THE WHOLE DAY WAITING AT MY HOUSE, when I see the 4pm (it said it would arrive at 7pm) they told me that the driver tried to deliver the package and couldn't which is totally false because I was here all day, I went down to ask to see if someone from UPS had arrived at the front desk and they said that they hadn't until that time, I called them and they told me that because I had paid for the express service they would deliver that same day within 1 hour, that I should wait for the call to confirm the information, NOBODY CALLED, I had to call them at that a person named FERNANDO helped me and he had a very rude and uncooperative attitude, I spoke with him for 45 minutes and his response was “There is nothing you can do, just wait for them to call you and if not they will deliver it to you tomorrow” , I explained to him that I couldn't wait for the package until the next day because it would no longer be there (which is why I paid for an express) and he kept saying exactly the same thing so I had no choice but to keep waiting, so far I have spoken to 4 different people, including a person called GENESIS and he was kinder, now he tells me that the package will arrive today and I have had updates throughout the day from time to time and AGAIN ALL DAY HERE WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE because It says that it can only be received by me and I have to sign it, I made several registrations to try to resolve the problem with different people but for me it was that they did not want to deliver it. To enter the building you do not need codes or absolutely any access, you just have to enter and take the elevator to my apartment where I have DAYS WAITING, it is the worst service I have ever received, they do not give solutions they only tell you to sit and wait and practically wait to see if we decide to send you the package. THE WORST

I wanted to think this company for having such great, courteous and professional employees. Sometimes as being a customer. We need to acknowledge when good people do great things in the community as a peoples person. They all should be commended for showing the love they have for people and their jobs. Thanks again for the respect, patients and great work ethics shown to us at the time of service. These are true leader's to take this company to a higher level in the future.

I had to return my Xfinity modem and there was a 25-30 minute wait just to do so at their store. They told me I could go to UPS, so I did. It took not even 5 minutes, and I didn’t grab his name, but a gentlemen warned me to keep the receipt as Xfinity is apparently notorious for stating they never received the returned modems.
Lo and behold, I get a call from Xfinity 2 weeks later asking me if I returned it and when. When I answered, they asked me if I kept the receipt!!! How shady is that!!!! They almost immediately ended the call and said in that case, they would take me out of the system. Imagine if I had said no!
Shout out to the gentlemen that assisted me- I really appreciate it!

Sent a letter that I was told was 2 day shipping on 9/23/24 and as of Oct 2nd the letter still has not arrived at its destination (domestic). Tracking info stated letter only reached Hialeah facility for mailing today. Unacceptable since it was to meet a deadline.
