Bad service and they're not professional in what they do. I don't recommend it at all. There are better places where they'll serve you without you having to wait hours for something simple.

The best nail bar in Miami. I have visited different places in Brickell and coral gables. But this place has exceeded my expectations. Services at the best , ambience and every work done was done perfectly. the owner Gaby is always there with attentive care for her costumers.

I had a wonderful experience with Milagros. I had a mani and pedi. She was very attentive and did a wonderful job cutting my cuticles and applying polish. Recommend! Called in before coming and the person on the phone was very friendly! Recommend!

I had a refill and pedicure with Milagros last Wednesday evening. Milagros was great and took her time with me. Nails and feet look and feel amazing. Yelenis did my eyebrows and she did a great job as well...she gave a me a nice clean up on my eyebrows. Nice modern nail salon...oh yeah and they do hair there too!

Yelenis was my nail tech! Strongly Recommend! She knew what to do, she asked what I liked and what I didn’t like to make sure everything was up to my liking! We did a nice French with chrome.

I moved to the gables and was looking for a nail salon super last minute one day and I’m so grateful I did because it’s amazing! It’s cozy and everyone is so friendly! I always get my nails done with Yelenis she’s amazing, very attentive/observant, and good energy ❤️

This was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a simple mani-pedi, and the service I received on my nails was careless, rushed, and honestly painful.
The technician seemed annoyed from the moment I said I wanted clear, regular polish. I tried to make conversation and asked what color she would choose—she just said “white” with zero interest. Fine, she doesn’t want to chat. But then the actual manicure started, and that’s where things really went downhill.
She barely let my hands soak—maybe three seconds in water—and didn’t use any cuticle softener. She immediately started drilling on my dry cuticles, nicking me more than once. When I flinched, she blamed my skin, saying it was “stuck to the nail,”… it’s why I’m here for a manicure in the first place, girl.
She then started cutting my cuticles aggressively and unevenly. It looked like I had been biting my nail beds. She cut two of my fingers, and when I asked her to be gentler, it was clear she was annoyed. The nail filing was sloppy and left scratches all over the surface of my nails. Then she sprayed alcohol—right over the cuts—which stung, and immediately tried to move on to polishing.
At that point, I told her I didn’t want to continue. She asked about the pedicure, and I said no I’m okay… I did not want what happened to my hands to happen to my feet. I paid and left. Without polish or anything.
What made it worse was the front desk staff didn’t even ask if everything went okay or why I was leaving early. No care. No accountability. Just bad attitude and poor service. Definitely a 0-star experience. These techs need serious retraining on both nail care and basic customer service.

My first time at the nail bar was great. The ladies are very nice. I went in for a regular mani and my nail tech Yenelis was amazing very sweet and did a great job on my nails. I also did my brows and the lady who did them she did a great job too. I definitely recommend people to stop by.

I was visiting this area and was looking for a place that did walk-ins and found The Nail Bar on Google. I was pleasantly surprised with the exterior and interior of the place which was modern and clean. Was concerned about getting an appointment initially because it was a busy at the time however right away I was able to get a full set of nails and a pedicure and my husband a pedicure as well. The nail tech was very professional and did an excellent job. It was a great experience overall.

I was visiting Miami for my birthday. Found a Groupon for services here. The atmosphere was lovely. The establishment was very clean. Yeleris (sp) Did my nails She Did a lovely job you could tell that she took doing a good job seriously. All of the staff were warm and pleasant. When I come back to Miami, I’ll be sure to come here again and pay full price

I don’t live in Miami but needed a place for me and my mom to get our nails done before our cruise and this was an excellent place. I called ahead the day before and was able to book a last minute appointment for 2 plus they accommodated a last minute family member the day of. They were very nice and professional to everyone. All of us left very happy. The place felt clean and comfortable.
