I had to do a move from Miami Beach to Daytona Beach and The Miami Movers were quick and careful with my household goods. Only took two guys and the move was cheaper than the other quotes. I would recommend.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! From start to finish it was a DISASTER. Their communication was terrible. The driver said he would be there 2 separate times, NEVER SHOWED up, and called me hours later saying that he was not even in the same state.
Alex, the owner, said he would call me back many times throughout the process and he never returned my call, NOT ONCE. I had to call back time after time to ask when they were picking my stuff up. Then they apparently farmed my job out to a completely separate company. I hired Miami Movers to be a full service mover and they turned into a broker (which I never agreed to), they kept my deposit, and then Alex avoided my attempts to contact him from then on. I demanded a refund of my deposit to Miami Movers because I didn’t hire a broker, emailed and called multiple times — they’ve never gotten back to me. To add insult to injury, the new company then charged me more than the agreed upon price with Miami Movers and they charged me additional bogus fees (literally a fee for moving “bulky” items).
Upon delivery they added more extra fees and were holding my items hostage in the truck until I paid. We ended up having to call the POLICE on the delivery driver just to get him to write down the bogus charges in the invoice and oversee the payment because he was extremely unprofessional. To top it all off, my TV and a piece of furniture were broken…

My experience with this company today is beyond awesome! Today I called five (5) local moving companies, Yes, I called five. The Miami Movers from 1910 NE 187th Drive, was the fifth one, but the only one with, get this; 1) THE BEST RATE, 2) CUSTOMER SERVICE A+. Daria, the person I first spoke with, she came through for me today; and 3) TIME (Available today). Oh my goodness, they were on time. Initially my appointment was at 3:00 pm but Sam called alittle after 1:00 pm and said He can do the move by 2:00 pm. Two guys and truck showed up on location before 2 pm. I was trying to accomplish both the pick up and drop-off within the 2 hours flat-rate time-frame, but I had a lot of stuff to move and it took us 3 hours instead. Tido, I have to mention Tido, I admired the way he handled the items he moved for me and he was so was respectful and polite. I would like to request Tido again in the future, if possible. The owner of the company went above and beyond for me today and for that I will be eternally grateful. Thanks to everyone involved with the move today, May God bless you all, the business and your families. I definitely recommend this company for all your moving and storage needs. It's without a doubt that I will be using them again. Nuff luv ❤️ & RESPECT!
