This is the most backwards ghetto hotel I have ever stayed at and with the WORST customer service. Even my doordasher said the woman at the front desk was incredibly mean to him. Called front desk during normal hours, no answer. Tried to order room service also during normal hours and after they assured me they were open, no answer. Room floors are warped. There are 2 shower heads and one you can’t even change the temperature. Stereo in the room turns on and off on its own. The number they give you to message if you need anything doesn’t work. Half of the light switches in my room don’t work. The AC/heater also does not work correctly. It seems like this property was really run down and they just tried to refurbish it and cut a lot of corners. So embarrassed that our company booked this hotel for our clients, I will never bring them back here. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the bed is somewhat nice.

I give this place a 1 star rating mainly because it’s classified as a 5 star hotel on Google. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. The desk attendant was great. Very pleasant. The restaurant bar staff was pretty good as well. However, I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, bartender brings it to me, “I’m sorry but they forgot to add the lettuce, tomato and onion”. They “forgot”. The drink I ordered was awful. The rooms are nothing like the photos on google or the Hilton app. The shampoo holders are rusted, the floors are stained. Had I looked at google before I booked through the app I would not have booked at this location. Hilton needs to do better especially for a so called “5 star” location. The view was pretty good.

I see why this hotel received such low stars if I could give 0 stars I would.They don’t value you being a Hilton honor customer they left my reservation to run and never cancelled it and took my money.They didn’t even allow me to use it for a future stay.If you’re planning to come to this resort DONT because they don’t care about customers they care about taking your money and the not to mention the customer service quality…0/10 no one there talks to you with respect.I will definitely be posting about my bad experience everywhere with this place.DEFINITELY NOT A 5 STAR RESORT and they never do follow ups.Stay far from this place.

Good location nice views and the gym was nice.Some staff very rude, the cafe in the hotel needs training on hospitality and average wait time for breakfast was 1.5 hours unacceptable! Cleaning lady forgot to leave soap in the room and glass door is unaligned so bangs against glass wall. Scary. Also trucks not allowed to park in garage since recently so had to park in a lot for an extra $50 a night.

Yup there is a reason this hotel has a 3.5 star review...First the new staff who didn't seem to have got enough training was left alone to handle customers. He did not even know how to pull up our reservation confirmation and had us wait over 20 minutes.We were running out of time for a concert so asked him to hurry up or get some help if needed and he was offended by that saying he is trying to get us the same rate as our reservation and sounded like he was doing us a huge favor. Finally after 20 min the other guy helped who was not really polite either.Also when we paid, there was no explanation or detailed invoice showing how much for the deposit, what kind of service is offered, nothing. Didn't explain how to get to the level 15 but the other nice guy helped

BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN THE UNITED STATES!!! I wanted a lavish weekend in Miami with my girlfriend to celebrate a graduation and The Gabriel delivered!! The room was lavish and open with useful amenities and great mirrors(I recommend a balcony room). Staff were all super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, we were lucky to work with Brenden everyday we were there!

Great hotel , very well located , thank you to Daliana, she was very attentive and looked after us properly!The hotel is in good position, unfortunately there are some constructions going on so you can feel the caos . They have a pool with super potential , but not much of a service or vibe , the bar is pretty dated and not really appealing.The staff at the lobby bar and the restaurant is very good , very attentive and friendly but the offer is not as good , breakfast options very limited and bar and drinks options very poor. Thank you all for the warm hospitality!

I guess I’ll write this review as I wait for valet to bring my car. It’s blocked by 2 employee vehicles. It’s been 45 minutes and still no car. While a pretty good location, the customer service in this hotel is non existent. No one answers the phone and once they do …. They hang up on you!! Would you expect a taped handwritten shower gel from a boutique hotel you are paying over $300 a night ????? Run far away from this hotel!!After almost an hour wait this is where they leave my car for me to get it. Unbelievable.

Came here to celebrate my 55th birthday... I was early and had to wait for a room to be cleaned to check in... the wonderful/ kind staff took such great care of me. Brandon C went above and beyond to make my day so special by sending birthday cupcakes to my room ... My hope is that management recognizes Brandon C. for his spectacular hospitality. Thank you for making my day memorable!

I wish I remembered the front desks name ...he had beautiful jewelry and customer service I called prior to arrival he answered and was also genuine and nice on the ph. The valet I would agree with others could be rude..and inconvenient to not be able to get your car but it is downtown and personally let someone else drive ...be aware there's just no space and a high end area..moving on...the hotel is beautiful. We loved our room the bed and pillows were perfect for us and I took two baths I loved that area but there was a hair and the lotion was used halfway indicating lack of attention..idk ..The food was good but the amount not so much. The mini bar I think should have another 2 water btls..only 2 and there's a ton of alcohol lol real nice actually .Overall great stayNearby activities: Plenty to do chill to wildWalkability: Very walkable take advantage of complimentary bikes we didint
