Parking is poor; The valet parking staff is always short-tempered and not friendly. The facilities are old but it is nice.

Valet parking is just terrible, they paw my car with their fat fingers as if it were a phone screen, they are also absolute idiots because they tell me that the parking lot is full when I see that there are a lot of empty spaces and a lot of cars are leaving. They don't understand anything in English. Absolute idiots especially on the second entrance.

Former The Four Amabassadors hotel. The imposing lobby largely preserves its original features. Works of art displayed on its walls, a central fountain, two swimming pools renovated for the 2024 season. Restaurants and convenience stores. In addition to a beauty salon, theater and pool bar.

Everyday there’s a new problem. Between the elevators barely working or the laundry room washing & drying machines not working and floor fishing to wash your clothes is a headache. Not to mention the parking is horrible. If you’re a 2 car family household good luck! They have old cars that don’t move taking up space in the garage making it impossible to have parking so I hope you like to pay for valet. The people that work for the building live in the building and they get first on everything. Multiple gifts shops and stores here in the lobby never open. It’s a scam. The pool has been under construction since march. New security every week! Don’t waste your time!!!!

I confess I haven't stayed as a guest or resident in this building but I live next door and frequent the businesses often. This building is such a breath of fresh air in a city where every building seems to look like the same hyper-modern, glass building. Stepping into the lobby feels like you're stepping back in time in a time of old Miami luxury. Some people seem to be down rating this building just because it feels retro but the facilities seem clean and still totally nice. The convenience stores have all the fun, foreign snacks you'd be looking for and even make fresh sandwiches and juice. Absolutely love the pool bar - you can grab a smoothie and sit by the bay. We need more buildings like this around to keep some semblance of Brickell's past.

Old buildings, expensive rent and empty pools. They offer the rent with pool a community nice areas, and they don’t have pools for almost one year.
