Building is good. But DO NOT RENT FROM SILVIA PAPINI. She required a double security deposit for a 8 month rental and then refused to give us our security deposit back and stopped responding to us. Beware she stole thousands from us.

The management is phenomenal. They really give their all to getting to know their habitants and resolving issues in a timely manner. Had a great time speaking to Mr. Zapata. He came across as very professional and made me feel like I had value.

Problems with the elevator where there are so many neighbors of two elevators, one is out of service and it takes many days to put it into operation, it is important to ensure this situation.

Management is very professional, little slips through and they are seemingly on top of everything. They are directly responsible for playing an important part in the Renaissance of the building. The building architecture is beautiful, the lobby is large and welcoming, and the Edgewater location area has a cool walkable and bikeable vibe. The size of the building is more boutique like (90 units) and demonstrates a nice aesthetic scale. Highly recommended.

Went here to view a unit today, and didn’t even bother going further than the lobby as the staff were beyond rude. If you’re an owner in this building and wondering why you can’t sell your property, management is your answer!
