I want to start by saying that you can really tell how amazing and how much the management cares about this business! Wow. I had scratches on my car so I upgraded to an extra service to get them removed and it literally looks like my car just came out of the shop with fresh paint. The employees were so kind and did an amazing job on the inside cleaning as well. It was my first time here and I will 100% be back.

The people were really nice but my car came out looking like a $15 carwash from Las Brisas when I paid $155 at MH, not going back for a regular wash

I have Had nothing but great service from you guys! I have gotten service from you guys about 4 times now and have been extremely happy every time! Steven has been the one to help every time I have come in and he is always the BEST to talk to and help me figure out what exactly I need to get done and fixed and I am always happy dealing with him! I also recommend talking to Kevin at the front desk he is always great to deal with. 10/10 highly recommend!

Good car wash. I hate walking inside to pay. The long hallway floor is very slippery and I don’t like leaving my car unattended since sometimes I do have bags in the trunk. There are some inconsistencies when it comes to payment. Sometimes I get charged as a mid size suv other times I get charged as a full size. I don’t have a 3rd row and my suv is a coupe.

Not the service we were expecting for the price (45). Interior was ok, but exterior was poor. Not sufficient to remove most of the bug marks in the front and sides.

I am torn how to rate Magic hands car wash so am staying neutral for now. -one visit I swear I will not come back, the quality is not worth the cost and the second time- I am very pleased with the quality work that this team does…so here is my experience having a small suv car:
- first visit- $51 + tip: good clean car practically sparkling…until later I noticed the back seat area was not vacuumed- lack of attention to detail, I was upset but had no time to go back.
-Second visit- excellent, quick, detailed. I was very pleased.
-third visit- nice outside wash, missed some windows inside smears but the worst was the dirty rag small that lingered in the car for days. Again, no time to get it fixed due to schedule constraints. Resorted to buying a car freshener but even fabreeze was struggling. How did they miss that? It was really bad.
- fourth visit (to be my last if there was a repeat of 3rd visit)- team was flawless. Beautifully cleaned car, no bad smells …I left very pleased.
So overall here’s what I like about this team: friendly, fast, and when do a good job they do a GOOD JOB! They save me time from having to do this task my self , so I am greatful and willing to comeback. They also allowed me to bring my dog inside their waiting area - how can you not like a place like this…two thumbs up.
What I don’t like is the lack of consistency to quality and detail especially since each basic visit ends up being over $50 - why call it luxury when consistency and quality vary for each visit.

I paid extra for the supreme and I’d say my car wash was B- at best… had dried milk from my baby that is very visible and easy to wipe off and they left it there in certain areas! There were a few people working on cleaning the interior and there are still many very obvious dirty areas left untouched… they can easily do better, seemed like a lazy clean for 50$…
