I discovered The Car Clinic when I was looking for shop to perform maintenance on our cars 2 years ago. I wanted somewhere close to home and they had great reviews, so I brought in my son's car. Since then, they have been performing routine maintenance and repairs on my son's and daughter's car. This month I brought in my new Ford Maverick for it's first oil change. I love that I can make an appointment online and it actually means something, unlike other places where you make an appointment but they still take hours to do a simple oil change. They contact via email to alert you to any needed maintenance they discover and you can decide in the link as to what you do or don't want done. Then they text you when it's ready. Very professional and very clean and organized shop. Looking forward to many years of good service here.

These mechanics are amazing. I've taken my 2008 honda crv with 250k miles on it and they have kept it on the road for far less the price of a new car and all that jazz... they know how to keep you on the road. But wait. There's more. I had them service it with squeaky belts and oil leaks before having to take a road trip into the appalachia. The car ran like it was new after they tuned it up. Approaching 255k miles, going back to do some more maintenance for my 2004 jeep wrangler as they've convinced me they'll get it right the first time to restore these orders whips.

First time there and will definitely be going back when needed. Everything was convenient, from making appointment to drop off and approval. Staff was super courteous and helpful. Service was completed ahead of schedule and everything an out the experience made me feel comfortable.

Disappointed
Customer service was great at first.
Took my truck in last week, due to a leak and over heating. Day 2 I picked my truck after repairs were done, and had to return the truck because it was running rough.
Vacuum line was not installed properly.
Day 3 I picked my truck up the second time, drove to work and the truck over heated again. Blew a hole in my radiator.

They didn't want to take responsibility for that.
Offered a 100$ discount to replace radiator.
