Horrible experience. Employees do not have a direct and clear line of communication. Each one runs with a version of what they understand about the system. The bankers speak in English among themselves, pretending that the client does not understand because he is Latino. It's a rally from there to here.

I do not recommend it. My husband received a letter that for each cash withdrawal he makes they will charge him 27 percent.

Very bad customer service, I received a letter from the bank, because I had to present urgent legal documents, I showed up at the facility, handed over my residence and other documents, otherwise they would close my account...confident, I withdrew and 15 days later they closed my bank account without notify and even presenting documents I do not recommend this bank.

I cant understand how you are almost never able to deposit cash at this location? Why is that such a big problem? Anytime during any day that I pull up to any one of the two machines to deposit, they always seem to not be accepting cash at the time. This does not make sense. I've been coming here for years because of the convenience but at this point I'd rather go a little further as long as I know I can actually make a cash deposit. Ridiculous

The most inefficient customer service experience I've had. There card machine is broken. The check in app is accessible and easy to log in however, they do not abide by it, just randomly pick whoever they feel was there in line. As one staff member stated to a customer that had arrived after, "oh next time just wave at me and you won't have to wait in line" as I was casually skipped. After waiting 45 min, went to my car and found that they had canceled my turn in line. Can gladly say I went to another TD and resolved my issue in 10 minutes.

Every time I come to this bank is a waste of time. They take forever to take care of the transaction. Funny thing is that they are empty. There are almost no clients and I don’t know how they take so much time to do things.

Very disappointed. Never use TD Bank for any international wire transfer. They are charging between 4% and 5% for the money that you send when a standard for any other banks in US are 1%.

The drive thru went very fast today. The cashier's are always friendly.
