Horrible costumer service. They do not respond to messages. I sent several messages after she was supposed to confirm about a ring and never responded or got back to me. Do not recommend.

Beware of this place. My husband got me a chain with a nameplate with my anniversary. These people dont know how to do nameplates. The design my hubby gave them looks nothing like what he wanted. When my hubby claimed the disappointment to the owner, they didnt care to correct it. Dont spend your money here, go elsewhere...

These people are rude. I purchased my necklace but will not be coming here again. The lady made fun of me behind my back (which i saw through the mirror) because i was trying out different necklaces before purchasing. When i apologized and confronted them they started being extra nice. These are fake friendly people.
