I filed my taxes with Lanette Jones because Tamika Frederick had “gone missing.” Lanette offers me her service and completed my taxes. Fast forward to July I NEVER RECEIVED MY TAXES . They strategically put in the wrong banking information for my return and had my fund’s directed to a bank they used called Civista bank. Come to find out later in July that Tamika Fredrick along with Lanette. Printed out my check on July 2, 2023 in the form of a cashier check. And someone cashed it on the 4th of July. When I asked her to refund my for the excess fees of $1100 of filing my taxes, Lanette tells me she has to wait for Tamika Fredrick the person who stole my money to give her back the money, so she can refund me!! WARNING ⚠️ THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!! AND THIEVES PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! I had to file a police report to try and get my money back! I really want to post the police report!!

First off I like to apologize to two employees after speaking to one ms. Meeks. I have no dependents and my return was about $800 and change before the fee after she did her did her magic touch I went from 800 to $3200 or more. I was so wrong how I came at them. Because all of them go above and beyond but ms. Meeks has Godly fingers she told me she pray over all her returns. People get upset because they want it their way(I’m guilty of that) all it takes is effective communication! Stop by there’s and they can give u how much you supposed to receive and what every they try so sorry . is a great job.,because I been goiing send my docs via email. I apologize to the one a both of you. God bless

My first year going to Tax Paradise. I filed my tax return with Tamika F. on March 31, 2020. My return was processed and refunded April 15 to their Civista Bank per IRS. However, I never received my refund!! I immediately called to confront Tamika with the information from the IRS. She proceeded to tell me lies, about my refund was still processing. After I disclosed the information given by the IRS, her response was she has to speak to her “Supervisor” but refused to give me her superiors contact info. After researching, I discovered my refund check was sent to a Walmart prepaid card I never authorized!! When I called to inform her of this, she placed blame on her “supervisor” and discloses that this has happened to several of her clients.

This company overall is awesome including the ms.jones who always does a great job which is manager! All employee do their Job very well..All of the employees does their job never had a bad review.The past two post by the Hernandez is obviously a whole lie.(Jefferey) Heroin Attack! And Meeks have clients that post about her all the time how good her work is and how fast they get their money she nor this company had a bad review. That was so childish of them. Leave the owner/manager out of it. And the whole company employees.

I did my taxes with Tamika, my taxes were sent out on Feb 25th and received it March 5 to their account Civista Bank according to IRS, I never received my money ! Iconfronted Tamika about it and blames her boss for my money disappearing. According to her, she has done this to a few clients.

I did my taxes with Tamika, a prepaid card was ordered without my consent and got manipulated with $800 missing from my refund. Tamika also said her boss did it.
