I live in MN, the land of Target HQ, so we have a high bar for satisfaction. This Target is very good. We have toddlers and the kids clothing selection is incredible, better than my local Targets in MN. Tons of inventory and selection. We also needed diapers, kid shampoo, and other stuff, which we were able to find. We also needed a few grocery items and were able to find them as we didn't want to make a separate trip to Publix. The staff in the store were helpful, and the checkout person was also very nice. And as wild as it sounds, I was able to find decent parking, too.

This store has changed so much in the last 5 years. Not only is it always messy & disorganized inside which is why I prefer drive ups. The drive up use to be quick & efficient but now.. the average wait time new normal is over 20-30 minutes for an order. I even go & out that "I am on my way" 10-15 minutes before I get there but still the wait is over 20-30 minutes. Also the employees can just be rude for no reason. Not sure what happened to this one but I actually rather just drive down more south to the one in Dadeland.

Being a travel nurse I have been to many Targets around the US and this Target has to be one of the most unorganized I've ever been to. I'm not sure what happens particularly in the shoe and clothing section but it can be disastrous and frankly not inviting enough for me to spend more time and money which is kind of their goal. The bathrooms in this Target are more frequently than not when I've visited dirty and not clean. Staff members for the most part are friendly. Inflation has made it's way to Target and things are becoming less affordable. I will say the pharmacy staff has been there for years and have always been helpful.

Richard needs a raise! He is amazing! One person should not have to run returns and inside pick up. Seems like Richard needs a raise, and target is taking advantage.

After driving almost 10 miles to pick up my curbside order, they suspend curbside pickup. It rained for a total of about 5 minutes. When the light rain stopped, they never restarted curbside. I was ill and had to go inside because they hung up on my calls 8 times. It rains in south Florida and then stops, if you won't offer curbside AFTER the rain stops, don't offer it at all. Had I known I'd have to go inside in my condition, I'd have picked it up the next day and not driven 17 miles round trip. Abysmal customer service. No apologies or help at all.

Go woke and go broke! You continue to add insult to injure. Eat up your testicle pouches and now refusing to carry the Levines book but you had enough stocked on critical thinking and woketrination. I used to purchase from 400.00 to 800.00 weekly average, often more than that! You lost me, my sisters, and my daughters. Go woke and go broke Target.!! Vanguard is next, as soon as I can transfer my 401k. Bye bye

Disgusting store. No employees. Merchandise thrown all over the place. No cashiers. Lines down past the grocery section. I have no idea how this store can stay open or operate under such conditions. They need a visit from corporate and an intervention.

I love Target stores... unfortunately, this weekend there were endless lines that spans from one end of the store to the other. I later realized that this is last weekend before our SFL Miami Dade schools reopen. Kinda wonder why parent wait until very last moment to buy there kids school supplies.I highly recommend this brochure and motor store over buying online

My last review of this Target was 9 years ago. It has only gotten worse. It's disgusting. I feel dirty just walking around there. I go to other Targets, especially when I travel and have NEVER seen one like this. The only thing that has improved is that they have self check-out along with their one or two open registers. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

It tends to always be difficult to find close parking but it's very organized, staff is very friendly and there is also a starbucks and pizza place inside if you need a snack/meal!

Well everyone let me tell you what has happened to me I applied for a position in target in the Miami area . I had the qualifications but I was denied because I was a Military Veteran unbelievable . So all I can say is if you have the qualifications for the job but your a Veteran or too Old Don't apply to target, they hire the people that for some reason don't qualify for the job. I know because when I go to target there are actually people their working that don't speak one word of English . Listen they got the job good for them but wow targets hiring process is unexcusable !!!!!!we should file a class action lawsuit against this Company !!!

Tried to return an item and was told they wouldn't take it and I had to go to another target to do the exchange. Every other company does even exchanges with receipt and I don't have to go to the same store I bought it from. What horrible customer service the Kendall location has. Your store manager is extremely rude as well.

During the holiday season I usually dread going inside any store. You know, the crazy traffic, non existent parking, long lines etc. But I was so happy that on a Friday night everything went so smoothly. Found parking and focused on my Christmas list. When walking in I was surprised how organized and quick the lines were going. Due to that I had time to stop and get some Starbucks (located inside) and make my way to the toy section. We got lucky as we found the exact roy my nephew wanted and it was the last one, scooped that up then went to the Barbie section. To my surprise there were still so many options left that I couldnt choose so we bought 2. There was a line for check out but the managers were helping and it ran so smoothly. I honestly think I waited longer in line at Starbucks. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. I found joy at Target this day and I'm sure if you go in with a game plan already you can too. Happy holidays!

Worst experience I've ever had at a target. 12/3/20 I was told by a target employee at this location I could come in the next day at 7am too retrieve a PS5 as they confirmed they had some in the back. Upon arriving promptly 15 minutes before 7 after a substantial commute I notice there are about 7-8 other people in line assuming they were probably told similar information. Upon getting too electronics with the small group all there was arguments between employee's and other guest specially after one of the employees confirmed they had the item was in back but they weren't selling it. I just don't understand why I would be told to come get something that apparently isn't a possibility after 10 minutes of ruckus a female security guard showed up whom which clearly better at communicating with the public than any of the other employees present. I don't appreciate having traveled such a distance to find out I was lied too and mislead. Then the behavior of the staff was unbearable almost want to upload the recording of arguments so corporate can see the individuals they have hired.
