I placed an order for pickup at the NW 7th Ave location and arrived to get my items. When I couldn't change my order from pick up to curbside I called for assistance. I was told by the woman that my order could not be changed because it was the last day to pick up my items. I explained that that did not make any sense as I was still within the pick up window. It should not matter if it was the first or the last day. The woman insisted I needed to go inside if I wanted my items or cancel and order from somewhere else. So I did. I placed my new order at miami central and arrived at curbside pickup. I tried to alert the staff that I was there but the app would not allow me to use the curbside option. I kept trying to change from pickup to curbside but to no avail. I called and spoke to Consuella who told me not to worry, she would be right out. She arrived shortly after with my items in tote and happier than ever to assist me. She was friendly and accommodating and made sure I knew that any time she was at the store would be willing and able to help me. She went above and beyond to assist me and her customer service was outstanding!!

Just as I say that Walmart is Disney for those of us who like to buy everything in one place, I can say that Target is Universal. Very good prices, they have everything. From sheets to play games, clothing, toys, household items and food. Attention is an 11 points. The area where it is located is beautiful.

Chaos reigns at this Target. Shelves are a mess and staff has given up. Hard to muster up the strength to go in there when I need to. Ugh!

I live blocks from here but I'm over this place. They push everyone to the four self checkouts and never have enough registers open. Most of the time I walk in and see the line back down the hall and turn around and walk out. I expect this from other stores but not Target.

Always a huge line. Only 1 cashier open. It's worst than a Walmart. No organize. Needs new management.

Awful. I have been here a few times since moving to Miami. Large female staff congregate in bathroom and hang out. Store has numerous stock employees who don't acknowledge me or ask if I need assistance. Items are overpriced. Cheap quality. Today it was early managers hanging out during morning meeting.... Not even seeing if a customer needs anything. Staff mostly black and Latino. Large male manager about 37 followed me.....I said excuse me so I could check out. He didn't like my tone. Awful, he had no name tag. Large , hair big and messy. Rude. No thanks. I'm 51 have been to Target all over US. This is awful.

I keep giving this location chances over and over only to get disappointed over and over. My last visit cashier only bagged one item I had and put large bags in the cart for me to bag myself I presume. I purchased 2 large decorative pillows and a faux plant.

My favorite target in Miami. Clean, organized, well stocked and in a good location. I stopped by this target almost every week.

Once again, i decided to go back and give them a try. Only one lane open and a line to check yourself out. AND... they have prices on some items that are better than Publix..... until you get to checkout and the item is 1, 2 and 3 dollars more. Inb this day of inflated prices, it would be nice if they priced things correctly so that you don't lose confidence in the store. Don't know if this is a management problem or lack of people working to change prices. But, I reported same problem 6 months ago, and, here we are.

Targe' ...three stars is not necessarily bad but rather solid, reliable. This is another of my regular locations whether I order it online through their app or have to make an in-store pickup. Admittedly, one of the reasons this review isn't higher is that as part of Midtown Mall parking isn't free and I'd have to shell out a minimum of $3 for parking. Also like any chain store, there could be more employees around to help me find something. But I've been able to find cold weather sports clothes (to go running when it's 50 out), jeans, polo shirts and other clothing essentials..laundry detergent..and even a paper desktop planner. There's also an on-premise Starbucks to get that boost of energy for last minute shopping.
