I have to severely sprained my ankle, I called to make sure that they had my size walking boot. They said yes they did, they would hold it. I drove a half an hour to get there. When I arrived and they found that it was going to be under my insurance they lied and told me that someone had unfortunately just come in and bought that particular book. They did not want to go through the hassle of going through my insurance. Horrible place. What a disservice to a client who is in terrible pain. I would never recommend or go back.
