Nadyl was extremely helpful with resolving my issue. Was on the phone with customer service for over an hour before I decided to go into the store. Nadyl took 5 minutes to get me a resolution I was satisfied with. Great store with excellent customer service!

Just had excellent patient knowledgeable and friendly service at this store! Themis was cheerfully persistent in making sure we got the best deal and that we’re all set up and happy with new devices. The best of the reviews for this store, I was attended by Daylenis and Ella's customer service was the best, I went to buy a phone and ended up buying several things, she helped my husband and I with everything, super friendly and talented, also the another guy who works there Edel treated us very kindly, I wish all the T mobile stores had people as professional as her, 100% grateful for her help and all the attention she gave us, my advice if you want to get a phone and have a good service go there you will be well cared for.

Pilar has the worst customer service and is not up to par on the rules.She doesn’t want to do her job and just insists on people doing extra steps so she doesn’t have to.Horrible.The only reason I’m not giving negative stars is because I’ve been to the store before, been helped by someone else, and they were nice.But Pilar gotta go.

Waiting 15 minutes patiently and the young lady asked me what are you here for with two phone in my hand before I can answer she said we can’t order anything the system is down… I said I just need to activate my new cell again she said the system is down.. I ask is it national or just down here. She said she didn’t know. I ask if she could call another store she said no stupid you can call.. when I asked for her name 3 times she refused but luckily her distinctive hair color is unmistakable brown back half and blonde up front I asked to speak to the manager and she ran to the back..terrible customer service I left I have more important things to do on a Saturday at noon but I will let everyone I know the terrible customer service and how you may be called stupid if you ask for help

Sergio A was who took care of me. I transferred over 5 lines from ATT. He was incredible. He made the process enjoyable (if that can be), and took care of everything, even issues that I did not know needed attention.I highly recommend him, and anyone who needs anything at TMobile store, ask for Sergio A.
