I was just at the store and had the opportunity to get help by both William and sebastian over the phone and in person and they were very helpful very professional the store although it is small it is very well-stocked and the staff are very well informed and know about the products and services. Hope to make this my new store. Lots of parking

​My phone's screen broke and thanks to a Groupon I ended up in here. I called before to see if they will accept it and they said yes. $31 for a new screen? not bad at all! The place was fine, the service was good, but the parking is not that easy. They took 45min to repair it and they did a good job. I have 30 days guarantee on the touch screen and I can go to get a new one if it doesn't work in that time frame. Thank you guys! ​ La pantalla de mi teléfono se rompií³ y gracias a un Groupon terminé aquí. Llamé antes para ver si lo aceptarían y dijeron que sí. $ 31 por una pantalla​ nueva​? ¡No está​ nada​ mal! El lugar estaba bien, el servicio era bueno, pero el estacionamiento no​ fue​ fácil. Tardaron 45 minutos en repararlo e hicieron un buen trabajo. Tengo 30 días de garantía en la pantalla táctil y puedo obtener una nueva si no funciona en ese período de tiempo. ¡Gracia​s!​

I wish there was a no stars option. I went to the store inside of Sedano's in Kendall. I purchased a Groupon for this deal. When i went there the guy who helped me was nice, fixed my phone within 15 mins and I was out the door, I gave them a good review as it all went smoothly... Well so I thought, 3 days after my phone was "fixed" my screen stopped working lost touch capacity, I went to their shop and they were closed, went the next day, and the guy said this is weird, this never happens but since they had a 15 day warranty they would change the screen. When I was there he said they didn't have anymore white screens so gave me a broken one temporarily and to come back in 2 hrs, I returned and he changed the screen. I noticed that the screen had a little crack on it but when I showed it to him, he said no that it was just my screen protector which he put on for me and I had an Otter box on it. I let it go, within 4 days, my phone started acting up, moving on its own, calling people, as if it were possessed. I called him and he said to come in, he then said he wasn't able to recreate the issue and to try to restart my phone as it could be a hardware issue. I went to the apple store, they revised my phone and they said nothing was wrong with the internal part of it but that the screen was of very poor quality, they put over a blue light and saw that it was about to crack from different angles and was just over all of VERY POOR QUALITY. I went to the store showed it to him and he tells me the screen is cracked and the warranty doesn't cover when screens are cracked. I explained to him that ive been going multiple times for different issues and I was very displeased and asked for them to please help me as I had made sooo many visits to the store and my phone was now cracked and acting up. He then said there was nothing he could do and to call the main store to speak to the owner, I attempted to call multiple times and I always got "the owner is not available and to call back 2 hrs later." The woman who was the manager was so rude, unprofessional, and made fun of me when i told her why my phone was of such high important since I basically depend on it for work and I couldn't be doing this. They ended up not helping me whats so ever. I informed Groupon and they have provided me with a credit and will be working with another company. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! WORST MISTAKE.

Beware!!! This place is completely unprofessional. Don't buy the yelp offer they will not honor it even though it says on yelp they have to honor it. They said that I'm an abusive customer that they supposedly gave me a discount and I was never informed of. They sarcastically mocked me I was in complete awe on the owners behavior and his sister. They don't have a price list anywhere they make up prices as they go. They don't care if you come back like the girl said they have customers all the time. Also the repaired screens and camera on my iPads and iPhone are bad quality. The camera takes ok pictures but on the screen of the phone the camera image is staticky also the screen on the iPhone is loose, the screens on the iPads broke just a week from the repair. Save yourself the money and headache of having to deal with these thieves.

NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself the hassle and pay a little more ANYWHERE ELSE! Replaced my son's cracked iPad screen only to have it loose touch capability and then crack within the week. When I took it back I was told he MUST have pushed the screen too hard. I paid to repair again only to have the same thing happen. When I returned with the two week period, I was told it was not covered under their two week guarantee. Lady was extremely rude.
