If I could give 0 stars I would! Don't come to this store. Horrible customer service and it has happened to me on several occasions that employees lie to you and deceive you for selling you a device or service. It happened to me a while ago that I went to add home internet to my plan and they told me that the first month would be free and it never happened. Rather, they charged me extra for making a “change” in the middle of the billing cycle in addition to the month of internet that was supposed to be “free.” I go to the store to claim the next month and a different employee helps me and says they never had that offer. . Then we upgrade the plan further in advance where we would change to MagentaMax and we would have home internet at $30 instead of $50 a month and it never happened. When I complained they told me that the first month would be the normal price and for the next bill it would go down and it was ANOTHER LIE, I had to call customer service to resolve the problem because there was nothing in the store that they “could do.” At the beginning I opened my account with TMobile without my request, they were charging me extra for a HOTSPOT service that again I NEVER asked for. And not to make the review any longer (although I have had even more similar experiences and errors and inconsistencies on my bill) today I went to change my device (Samsung S21) for the new S24 since a few days ago I went and they told me that they valued me my device for $500 and I could pay the difference in a single payment, but they still did not have the new mobile phone that returned today and it turns out that the employee Ariel Gutiérrez tells me that they could no longer offer me $500 for my device that it would only be $300 and that I would have to pay the difference of $600 instead of $300 as they had told me before (This was after trying to convince me to change plans when I specified that it was not what I was looking to do) In short, HORRIBLE experience with T-MOBILE employees in particular from this store and the only reason I am not going to another company is because I am currently financing other devices on my plan! But you can be sure that you have lost a customer!!!!

There is a brunette girl full of tattoos who has very bad shape and bad attention, she thinks she is the owner of the store and everything is the opposite of what the client says, they should have more professional people because apart from being vulgar she is a lack of respect

Walked in an hour before close and immediately was greeted with attitude. Not sure what her name was cause I did not care to ask but her first question was “Do you have a lot of things on your phone? We close in an hour.” That was super rude and felt rushed. During the entire process she kept repeating “You can go home to finish the process” she mentioned this like 5 times. I get home and I’m asked for a verification code. How am I going to get a verification code off of my other device when she took it and sent me home? Terrible service and will never come back.

Well, I had a bitter experience with a hacker who had access to my phone, I couldn't access WhatsApp, after long days without using said app, I came to this store and was greeted by Mr. Rob whose work was excellent, professional and dedicated to the 100 to me as a client, I must also mention Miss Jennifer who was interested in helping me and attentive to all the staff, it was my experience. Thank you

The staff at this store exceeded our expectations. About a month ago we purchased a new Galaxy and Javier assisted us with excellent service and was able to setup our new Samsung and at my husband’s request and expertly transferred all data from a Samsung 7 to Samsung 23.But what motivated me to write this review today is that yesterday, Sunday is that this corporate store was packed with customers. We were given a number 6, and waited our turn.I took my elderly mom, 92 years old and her caretaker also elderly 86 years old to resolve some issues which did not relate to earning any income or sales commission from the store .The first issue involved one of our long standing TMobile accountsInvolving my moms phone was not charging, Dominic expertly cleaned out the charging port and this worked right way in fixing her I phone 14. The phone remained plugged and charging while we continued with a very complicated issue next.The other issue was related to a different TMobile account, which took 2-3 hours at the store since my mom’s caretaker wanted to use Pure Talk and port her TMobile number for her simple , but complicated “porting” to another provided. Her reasons for porting were personal as someone else picks up her billing and a must to port out from her long standing Tmobile account.The site manager Rob assisted us between - talking to Pure Talk - and to TMobile customer services - to finally achieve success.It involved much time and steps to achieve this as being elderly she had lost the Tmobile SIM card, had NO knowledge of her pin # access, or any other information needed for her own account.The final and hardest task was for Rod to listen to Pure Talk and input the android settings in the TCL flip phone which is a simple , no text no internet type of phone. A new SIM was created, temporarily inserted and all the numbering provided as needed for porting .This took tedious and lengthy time and skills to make this phone settings compatible with Pure Talk in order to port.Regardless of not making any sales in this visit , the staff was most supportive and of course on our own account with Tmobile experience , we would always stay at this store which were so helpful. Rob inserted his own personalized assistance while managing all in the store to help and complete the elderly Ana with her own Tmobile request to port out to elderly services for her phone as needed.Rob’s skills are impressive at all he does.Again on behalf of my mother Norma 93 yrs old and her care takecaker Ana 86 years old, thank you for your dedication and time to make their request a success. I will also email this to the store manager.

In this store they are robbing honest people. (SEE THIS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME) THE NEW THEFTSLast 2/28/2023 I went to get a new line for my account and it turns out that I was stolen without realizing it. I didn't realize until a few months later when I went back to get a new line and in other shop of T-Mobile told me that I was paying an additional $10.00 monthly device, this was without my authorization because they never told me and they also removed my number as the primary account holder and put that device as the main number and so I could not access my bills and see this in my account and realize this robbery that they were doing to me. Take a good look at this because it is a new robbery of these people.
