This is the baddest store that I have been able to visit, the manager, especially the one who helped me, her poor knowledge of her job, sends me to the Apple store and after 5 hours the technician tells me that my phone does not have a warranty with Apple, I go to another store and in 10 minutes they solved my problem and because of t mobile insurance, when I return to the store and tell the manager, she laughs in my face and tells me that she didn't know that I waited at the Apple because I I wantedIt is a shame that people who are not qualified for this job have those positions. I do not recommend that store to anyone, much less talk to the manager of this store.

Hand down beat t-mobile. From service to products. All mobile experts are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

After getting great service in February - I got my first bill this past week and found they financed My iPhone watch , when I clearly stated I wanted to pay in full , don’t know if it was a language barrier, but it has taken a lot of time to try to resolve this issue, and with no avail . And was offered a small credit $ , that I refused , do to the fact customer service said i could return the watch to the store .This store would not take the watch back .You think your in the Kendall proximity when it’s like being in little Havana ??

Horrible service! Everything we were told was wrong! The manager Armando is an excuse if a Manager. Very nice to sell but all the information we were given was wrong. He actually at the end of our conversation with him he was talking over us over a doubled charge for an activation line. Well he started talking over me. This situation is because of all their mistakes not ours. As a matter of fact we are escalating this complaint to the Regional Manager. His name is Armando. Do not do business at that store!

Very disappointed at the service provided by Oliver he should not be dealing with customers he does not know how to speak to them with consideration or respect I felt completely uncomfortable the employee pool must be real low when they hire folks that have ZERO customer service skills. Terrible will not go back to that store

No services only 1 bar, if you drive you to lose the connectionIf you call and ask for support, they transfer to billing, and you have to provide no 1 or 4 times your phone number and passcodeDo not visit any T-Mobil store, it will try to sell a line to make the month of sales

The worst customer service in Miami . I can't imagine how a company as T-Mobile can hired people rude , Liars who are just trying to pass the time. Today I visited the store to ask for my last two account statements and I had to avoid 4 clients who arrived after me to of course sell them something. After ignoring me on purpose, I had to hear that they were doing me an extraordinary favor (of the $250 bill that I pay every month) because, according to Tmobil's orders, they did not provide that service. Rob (answered phones, other clients, etc.) after punishing me with a 25-minute wait, he transferred me to Albert (the rudest of all) who almost made me kiss his hand for the immense favor of printing my paid account statement. supposed . they are an embarrassment for a company like T-Mobile. Avoid that store if you can choose another. go where they serve you with at least a minimum of customer service. THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED

Worst customer service I bought my 4 iPhones with them I have been a loyal customer for years going to the same store and they couldn’t exchange a broken charger which I left at the store so they can throw it away that I bought less than a week a ago I’m very disappointed thinking about closing my account with T mobile that has been open for 8 years

Opened a new account in April 2021 with 4 lines. The manager at the time (Wilson) and sales associate (Jorge) explained that I was there at the right time because I was about to take advantage of the best deals they had. I was told I could take advantage of a trade up promo AND two BOGOs meaning two phones would be free and the other two would be a little less to pay because of the trade up. They called these stackable promotions. Silly me, they were only making a huge sale at my expense. I went back in May asking for the promos, both of them were there and said they show on the account. Just had to wait another billing cycle. June they were closed. After 3 months, today in fact (July 2021), I confront Jorge about my bill and lack of one BOGO given out of the two I thought I was getting. Funny, he remembered me but denied the promotions as sold. Best LIAR ever! If you go to this store, get it in writing and signed by the one who sold it to you. Take pictures of the promo sheet they use to sell you on what they call "the deal of a lifetime". Never going to this store again! Positive Note: Found the manager, Wilson, in a different store location and he was WAY more helpful. Explained what was happening perfectly. He is at the Kendall & 128 Ave.

Great customer service, professional and quick attention. I've just visited this store this morning and in less than 5 minutes one of the employees (Mr. Jorge) was very quick and pro when addressing the reason I went there. Needed to place the tempered glass over my new iPhone but not everyone knows how to do it right the first try. This employee just did it in a blink of an eye. Went above an beyond letting me a new TV service T-Mobile is offering. Thanx for your super service
