The service is relatively good, but in this store I do not recommend paying in cash, they tell you that they give you a plan of a certain value, and it turns out that they give you a cheaper one and steal the surplus, the excuse for not giving you the invoice is that They ran out of paper. This is how they robbed me on December 10, the employees of that store were very dishonest.

Good luck shopping there. Especially if Moises and his team are taking care of you. I guess they found out about my response on my review after I was there yesterday because now they are harassing me over the phone. Great team tmobile..If you can try a different store, do so.

Yessy at Dadeland T-Mobile made my recent visit the best experience I’ve had with changing providers. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and informative, and solved all my problems with a new line and home service. Highly recommend!

I walked in, and 1 minute later I was out.Unfortunately, the attitude, lack of motivation and displeasure I received from the lady who "took care of me", was an experience for the ages.I was willing, ready and able to buy the S23 ULTRA.

Could not have worse customer service. Sold my wife a phone that did not work. When we returned it 48 hours later without a scratch, they were unable to refund the "activation fee" for the unusable phone, leaving us $40 in the hole. Avoid this store at all costs
