Definitely in this phone company everything depends on who serves you. I went to the smallest one (since there are two in the mall) and they didn't want to help me, always making excuses not to do something that they could easily do, they just didn't want to do it, I went to the other larger store and the girl with the last name Bravo not only helped us but also did not make us wait, she treated us in the kindest way possible and with the biggest smiles and solved the problem that others did not want to (in 4 stores) In fact, I go to the trouble of writing this review just for her because for people like that it is worth acquiring a service, buying a phone or a product and always coming back, I hope they promote her and make her Manager, she deserves it, thank you very much for your attention very grateful

Abigail had a very bad attitude just explaining the bill, she sounded frustated that I wasnt understanding how the bill works, I was planning to get an iPad for my son and I asked her to check how much it would be & with an attitude she said "what do you want me to check I said 28 a month" made me feel uncomfortable and d*** like if I wasnt understanding what she was saying. In the end, I said "okay ill come back another day." All she did was shake her head and not even a thank you. I will not come back to this store and just go to my local one that they dont have an attitude. With the pound of makeup that she wears, maybe she should stop wearing it and learn some customer service skills. No wonder the store was empty.

T-mobile customer service really deserves 0 stars. I’m leaving 4 stars just for Jean and Lazaro(manager) . They really know what they are doing. Great warm attention and service. These guys deserve a really good salary. Ask for them.

I needed to change my phone and they completely screw up my promotions and my entire experience with T mobile is terrible. Switching back to Verizon any day now. Never had a problem with Verizon.
