So in general all the guys were super helpful and kind. Although one employee named Daniel he thought a good idea to accept clients that were after me here just because he knew them, and when I asked him he was like “they are waiting for me” good job

I came into this store needing to do an upgrade and Luis helped me not only for the upgrade but also with my plan AND accessories. He was so great, positive, and extremely helpful. I will come back to this location just for him.

The worse customer service ever!!! I went there and the guy who take care of me!! Looks like he hates his job. Everything I was telling him the only thing he was doing was giving a negative response and didn’t help me! Plus if you hate your job why? U working here at to mobile!! Horrible

Well I'll tell what I liked. There wasn't a lot of people there. There's nothing that I hate most than having wait to see someone. So that's what I can say was my favorite thing about the store. It's not hard to find since it faces a main road.

Walked in and needed to look up info on my phone in order for the rep to assist me because apparently they need more than just your name to find your account, so I had to find my old number. The cx service rep didn’t even let me look for it for 60secs before he moved on to the next cx. I found the information and as soon as I put T-Mobile in the search bar so had he just waited he could’ve serviced me right then. I felt the vibe and I left. Customer service here is trash
