The worst customer service in all of T mobile. A bald man with a beard without any desire to work, talking to a friend. He simply told me to call customer service. They lost their commission from 5 new clients. Hire people who want to work. At the T mobile in Le Jeune they helped me immediately.

I went to get a line for my Apple Watch, they opened me an account and they did not know why it was not working in my watch. I had to do a little research online and found out that I wasn't able to get a line because it must be the same carrier as my phone. Then had to wait around 1 hour for them to have the line cancelled. They must know this before opening an account.

Came over to this Store after the Store on Ponce de Leon Blvd would not accept return of my 5G Gateway. Sai was the T-Mobile rep and took care of the return for me. She was super nice, and helpful with the return.

I had an unpleasant experience when visiting the store and registering on a list where they are not careful in the Tracking, they passed my name and named two more people who arrived after me, I approached the counter to ask if they had registered me on the list because Two people who arrived later had already passed by and the response was curt and they told me yes, more people continued to arrive and they continued serving them before me, after an hour I approached the counter again to tell them again that they were not there for me. Taking into account and until this second time someone wrote me down on the list again, they realized that they had made a mistake and there was not a person who apologized to me, on the contrary in my first approach there was annoyance, they are not careful in the list of the registry because during my stay they made three more mistakes mentioning people without paying attention to what they noted, I observed that they corrected themselves and pointed out that they were not careful, in the end a young man treated me in a very good way but the procedure was Pretty bad, they don't have good customer service. There is no Supervisor observing the work of the people in charge

Ferni helped me out yesterday and he was so helpful and amazing! Made sure to help me out in every way possible and was super patient and with a great attitude the whole time. Offered me products and services that he saw I needed and was so thorough. If you stop by this store, make sure to ask for him!

Tried 3 times and they always ended up overcharging me, unqualified personnel to make it worse you have to go to the store to get the issue resolved never over the phone

I came into the store because my phone stopped taking a charge and it died and wouldn’t turn on. They did a hard reset which was nice, im not going to congratulate a fish for swimming though. I then asked can they make sure my phone is taking a charge after the hard reset and they told me to go home and check myself?! Do not come to this store and everyone deserves to be firedASAP. They worked March 1 at 9:30am or so. Worst service I’ve ever gotten anywhere. IG @coexoemonroe

A tall girl with eye glasses refuse to sale an iphone 14 pro max, and try to sell me an internet box, she don’t know if they have iPhones in stock, omg !!! Bad customer service and bag attitude. And she don’t have a tag name
