Very helpful employees. The salesperson who helped us was very knowledgeable about all facts of buying a phone, a monthly plan, and transferring your old data. She even explained the cancellation and refund policies.

If I could give them a -5 stars I would. Horrible customer service , the worst I have ever experienced. The two guys that work there are extremely rude , one will try to sell you everything so please be careful because you will sign for something and end up paying something very different next month, the other one apparently the manager of the store won’t even let you talk , or give you the chance to explain, very rude and unprofessional . I’ve been having T-Mobile since 2017 and this never happed to me before . Go to another location and save yourself money and time .

Horrible, the worst experience ever. don’t come here if you don’t want to be scam.A girl call Claudia, open a plan for us with a fake price, she told us we were suppose to pay 47 dollars at moths for 4 lines and she is actually charging us 80 dollars per line!!!! When we try to fix this problem with another girl call Ana, she was so rude!! She acted like it wasn’t her problem, also she says than if we want to fix the problem we need to come other day when the manager of that day than the plan was open were at the store.Definitely the worst customer service I have ever experience in my LIFE, what a shame as a company.

I came to another store where they didn't want to help me. I don't know his name but a very nice guy here immediately found a solution for me and I came out with what I needed. VERY good customer service. Thank you.

The big dude with the long hair told me the system is down for upgrades but not new lines I used to work for a company similar to this. The system can’t be down for upgrades only it would have to be down for both the guy could’ve just told me he didn’t want to help me and that’s it but the lie was just icing on the cake watch out what other lies companies like wireless vision will tell you. Because upgrades don’t pay as much as new lines.I’m going to edit the review to add that I went to another wireless vision and the gentleman that assisted me on Flagler and around 37th ave was actually helpful he even did my upgrade I got accessories from him and he made sure to make me feel welcomed I appreciate his assistance more than anythingBut back to the big guy I want to make sure I’m clear about the situation he did not want to help do my upgrade and it’s unfathomable that someone like him would be left alone in a store mind you it is a small store however it would be nice to be able to be treated like a person and not a walking commission statement. I don’t know how much new lines pay for you guys however it’s unfair that I was turned away with a lie and the company has not reached out to see that big boy did an awful job at helping customers. My girlfriend wanted to get a home WiFi as well which I assume would give you guys good commission too. But due to the bad experience big boy left I don’t think I will return to that store I drove from Kendall all the way to coral gable just to get a new phone.

Came by 08:45, door was closed. Staff inside and zero attention to us. We just wanted to buy 2 SIM cards. Awful attitude to customers.

Yader and Nomi were so patient and super helpful! Imagine two people from out of state roll in suitcases and one has a broken phone and needs to switch carriers.They dealt with the nightmare of trying to get my number ported from Verizon and set me up with an awesome new phone with plenty of time to make our flight still.Thanks so much!

they sold me a promotion that never exist in the system! one month later i figured out in the bill and contact support line and guess what … promotion never exist⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️9 years with tmobile and for this store im changing operator ❌❌❌❌❌
